N-Y is shady. I wouldn't be surprised they held back an amount to sell later at a higher price.

NY almost always did that, and more! I had previously PO a metal build gundam and that order was confirmed. Weeks later NY informed me the order was cancelled . And 1 week after the cancellation NY now put the PO up again with almost 5000yen increase in price.!

Yup, but most sites back to normal by yesterday. Only NY is still on holiday. 

NY is still on a holiday break and will be back on 7 Jan, or so it seems.

Man, you got it good down under. The Stockholm is about 10X the price of a Detolf over here. I was thinking of using 2 Stockholm side by side with a Besta TV bench as a base for the 2 cabinet. I don't like the Stockholm stand lol.

Problem is ikea has discontinued the Klingsbo cabinet here is Australia and I didn't want to get  Detolf as it wouldn't match the rest of my displays so I found a new cabinet (stockholm) for my cars (which is a very nice cabinet!) and recovered a Klingsbo for more Valks! 

It would be nice to replace all my other cabinets with Stockholm cabinets as they would be prefect for Valkyries but that would incur enormous costs.. 

Spanner, do you mean the Stockholm Glass-door cabinet? I'm looking at that too, but cost-wise its rather expensive when compared to Detolf.

At 7344yen (inclusive of 8% tax), this price of this super parts set is the same as that of Tornado parts set for VF-25. The number of parts for both sets are very similar. Still, I wish Bandai could have include the 'speaker pods' to make this set more 'complete'?

It has been in stock at HLJ for a long time, since last year or before.

They also found some MB flight units this morning too so maybe Bandai found it in their warehouse and sent them to HLJ. I recalled Hlj had those yf-29s , yf-30, and some metal build last year when it was long sold out.

Missed out on the MB flight unit again!

Thanks for the post ixtl! The details look awesome! seems in gerwalk, the lil darkens can lay almost flat on the wingtip, meaning less stress on the wing joints.

I how I do wish the leg stores the sword hehe...

If there's not enough space in the leg to store the folding sword, I hope Bandai give us light saber instead

So guys, thanks for the help. I was able to get Spanner's VF-25F Renewal which means I had enough left to jump on the Arcadia train with this release.

Very happy to have both in the mail and not having to choose over one or the other.

I'm ashamed to say the only 1/60 VF-1 I had many moons ago was a V1 Yamato that was lost during a move... but I was never really impressed with it, it was just more of "well this is whats available". So I'm very impatient to see just how much better this VF-1S will perform, seen reviews of it but you just can't help but wonder how it feels in hand. Fair to say it will be much better and a worthy addition I think.
