Reminds me of Netflix's DARK which is a good thing.

It does.  Though, with more religious, supernatural overtones.  I really can't wait for the next season of Dark.

I've said it before, I'll say it again:  We are living in a Golden Age of speculative fiction shows and features.

@Mommar didn’t think which series they came from matter, but kept it in scale...

It took sometime to transform them....but 2 from previous image....add the other 19 you requested..... viola 21 CF with supers...

First one to the bottom left I figured should be TVJ with TV super (added the strike cannon), followed by TV1A with super, Movie 1A with super but with clear option parts, then the rest of the series: Plus, 7, then Frontier. Didn’t include Zero for some reason because when I think of super FP, I think more of outer space necessity.

The 17Ds look like bombers compared to the 171.

    Dusting continues...

Damn, that's a squadron. Foes beware.

  3. So I'm in the middle of an abbreviated Star Trek TNG/Voyager/DS9 re-watch and I'm just gonna say I really underestimated DS9.

I had seen almost all of TNG in it's original run, but was busy in college trying to learn about how to save the world when DS9 was airing so caught only a bare minimum of episodes in it's original run to have an idea of what was happening in the ST-verse.

The writing for some of these episodes, particularly the dialog between the series regulars, was better than a lot of Trek that I've watched.

Definitely beats the repetitive, techno babble plot point exposition I'm used to whenever Voyager or the Enterprise encountered yet another space or time anomaly.

Interesting, so Chief Hopper was kidnapped by the Soviets in 1985, taken to Russia where after being exposed to some inter-dimensional energy he gains super powers and becomes Red Guardian.  Then we see Eleven work her way into the MCU.

Exactly my theory, on a different site.

  5. @Valhary Are you in DF? or maybe from a different part in Mex?  I ask because I'm always personally curious how people first got exposed to Macross - whether that was through RT, like it was for me in the US, or if in Mex people are actually now finding Macross on it's own, as something separate from RT.

Pretty much true of the internet in general. Everything is multiplied.

That said, I'll wait for your video to transform mine.

Wise choice.  Of all the transforming toys there has ever been, the name Mospeada guarantees challenge and more than a little sweat.

Episode 7, while a bit clunky at times with exposition, is a pretty monumental piece of TV, and within overall Watchmen fiction, a game changer.

Once again, this shows ability to blend old and new is unrivaled. This episode will garner strong opinions and emotions, one way or the other, from every single person watching. Wow.

I loved it, and am once again ready for another week to go by so I can get another piece of this outstanding puzzle. I never imagined a Watchmen sequel series would be well made in general, deliver a worthwhile sequel to the comic itself, and be one of the best shows on television all at once.

I too am kind of struck by how well this is all coming together.  I really wonder, how the eff did Damon and whoever else conceive all this.

They have seemingly distilled the structure and some of the essence of the original and refactored it into something that actually lives up to the original.

I want to know how they did it.  I hope theirs a 'making of' and a whole lot of interviews with the writers at some point.

  8. There are quite a few Macross and other mech related STL files via sites such as Thingiverse, Cults3D, creator's own Patreon accounts, Facebook, Etsy, and other sites.

I hope this topic can act as a list/archive of links to such files as a resource for those of us with 3D printers.

It should be noted that while many files are free on sites such as Thingiverse, some must be bought from the creators themselves.

Currently in the middle of printing out the "pilot" or driver figure with my newest "toy", an AnyCubic i3 Mega printer.

Then I gotta print out the cycle.

I also bought MaxLab's (the stl file creator's) Legioss model so that will come at some point too.

UPDATE: I created the following topic to track files that we might find online that others on these forums might be interested in.  If you know of some or perhaps some that you'd like to share maybe you can add them to:
