    I paid 40 bucks shipped. Which joke machine did you find for that price? I'm not really sure what the going "value" is on these little guys but the joke machine/veritechs have always been a favorite of mine. I wish they'd bring them back with the same sculpt.

    You know if this thing is A) made of vinyl and/or B)1/60 scale.then those are 2 reasons he should continue his monstar project. The vinyl will probably be expensive and 1/60 scale will definitely be expensive. I could see these going for 600 bucks. If they're that much then the I say the monstar kit should still be sold. But that's just my 2 cents.

    I'd love to get my hands on a 1/48 model kit but man it's been so long since I've built any kit I'd be a bit overwhelmed just unboxing.

    That's not a bad price at all actually. If I didn't have the matchbox version I might have bought it. I love the joke machines. Great custom aaajin! The joke machines are my favorite robotech toys.

    Wow that is cool. I don't think I'm on the same level as those guys but I could use the inspiration. I put like an hour or so of work into it since then and you can't even tell. It's all just structural.

    hand made figure I'm working on. Gonna be a sharkticon when it's finished. hopefully it doesn't turn out too horribly. It'll be my first attempt.

    That's not a joke machine. I wanna say it was called a "morpher" but I could be wrong. Oh and Gakken you can actually get that stuff at an auto parts store too. One kind is called jb weld. But it takes FOREVER to dry. Like 6-8 hours or something like that

    How much did the Yamato destroids generally go for BEFORE Yamato went out of business? I see some on occasion for 150 and am wondering if that's higher, lower or about the same.
