I'm still waiting for an anniversary edition of LSF!

-
I thought of the same scene, except that the transformer building idea was from the evil wise a$$ executive and Tom Hanks was fiddling with it with a "WTF?" expression and says something like: "Can you guys do a plane or an insect that transforms into a robot, because a building is kinda lame".
fix'd.

-
The clip reminded me of when Tom Hanks in the film BIG where he had an idea for a transforming building. Sugoi!

I've been on Facebook since late last year and joined a similar group. Check my sig! I added MW BTW.

Secret Identity was cool. It was like Spiderman only not. In fact, IIRC the main character references Spiderman many times throughout the series.
IIRC Jerry O'Connell's character called his Secret Identity name. . . . . . . . . . . Ultraman!?

Your wish is my command.....

Kickass pics! Something to look forward to getting at the Con really soon.

Starscream looks BADASS!

I seen the trailer and there freaking speaking in english. I was expecting grunts and "Ugh-gha", "Ugh-gha's". The last time cavemen spoke albiet in an English accent was on the very first episode of the original Dr. Who and those sarcastic cavemen on those Geico commercials.

The Black Manta from Iriya No Sora and the Blassty from "the white drew carey"'s post are from TAYLAND. Also like his Power DoLLs mecha.
Sparrow Scratchbuild Aviation Silpheed, Zone of the Enders, R-Type Final
The two Power DoLLs from Zero Gravity Models
And some Valken 2 scans from Dengeki Hobby
Media Works' EGG Frame from the Dreamcast game Elemental Gimmick Gear
Sweet pics!

I wish someone made model kits from the SNES game Metal Warriors. I'll try to find photos later.
I'd also like to see the Mechs from Assaults Suits Valken/Cybernator. AFAIK there were kits for Assault Suits Valken 2 which was on the original Playstation, the pics were on an old ish' of Dengeki Hobby which I have somewhere. I'll take a pic when I find it.

That VF looks straight up Fugly, but that's just me.

I had a feeling a company would put out the CG FOX Sports Robot since it looks practically like an action figure. Sweet looking figures BTW.

This surprised me when I browsed the Mecha section on Brickshelf. Also in this user's folder are Votoms, Zoids and even Godmars.

L'arc~en~Ciel Daybreaks Bell from Gundam 00
A great intro song for a Gundam series IMHO.
-
Very impressive, that chopper always reminds me of the movie "Red Dawn".
"WOLVERINES!"

4 me it's the original VF-1 all the way.

Online Reviews, Toy Blogs and Mags.

Cause' RT.com kicked me off for a not so humble opinion on their forum after handling a Toynami "Masterpiece" Hick Runter's VF-1J
. That's how I found out about the MW forums through MW.com

Personnally, I wouldn't compare it to Gunbuster actually, but more to Ender's Game or The Forever War even if Gunbuster can also be compared to both of these novels: I think it's more a matter of both of these shows having common points with these books than Voices... being inspired by Gunbuster
Overally, one of the greatest shorts, and even one of the greatest animes I've seen so far: strongly recommended

Considering Gunbuster followed space and time in non linear fashion and age greatly differed between friends I'd say it's a fair comparison.

You found the vid that I uploaded on myspace. Now MW members who click on that link know what I freakin' look like, YOU BASTARD, jk!

-
While I did enjoy it, it pales in comparison with its main inspiration, i.e. Gunbuster.
Word.

From what I've seen it has a little Crimson Skies elements in the mix.
