That toy pre-dates and eclipses any valkyrie in scale, value, ingenuity and sheer content of metal (chogokin). Tetsujin 28 has been crossing the $2k mark - $5k mark depending on how perfect it is, and if it's the American Godaikin release to the Popy Japanese original Box and colors. Respectively. No disrespect to Takatoku's amazing Valkyries. But it's got an elevator in it's leg. Never mind all the other craziness. Trivia! That guy's name is Scott Zillner. He puts on RoboToyFest and PowerMorphicon and Lego Brick Botuique. He's been around the "japanese toy scene" - aka the same 26 dudes that used to post at that forum. From what I understand he got that From Ricky Lee, who got a whole sealed case of them - I believe it was traded this winter at the RTF, for $200 in item value.
