    I'm a bright white fan for the VF-1s, The off white YF-19 looks great but the sharp lines on the VF-1 really compliment the brighter white

    I got one back in Feb from Mandarake while I was in Tokyo for a bit less than that, and it was in perfect condition. It feels so solid I'm sure it's never been transformed. No scratches, decals perfect. So I'm sure yours will be awesome as well! Congrats of finishing your plus collection.

    Agreed, I got a still shrink wrapped VB-6 SP for just under $250 posted. Tossed up whether to find an unsealed one for around the same price and keep hold of this one, or open the box... As soon as I get to my new house, it's coming out!

    $99? Holy .... good find. Looks great transformed! So conflicted lol On one hand, the toy lover in me is glad you did what it was made to do! On the other hand, the collector in me just died a little... fresh of the retail shelf, first owner.. can't get any more mint than that...

    I believe the VF-2SS was only used in space combat and it appears completely designed for that purpose. Besides if SDF-1 can fly... anything has a shot lol (even a rock...) VF-22s for me though

    Well you don't need a rift, It's just the most immersive experience. I have a 1080p 3D laptop screen with the nVidia active glasses and it works wonderfully. Haven't had the chance to try this yet though will give it a bash. Is the developer on the MWF? I'm a professional games programmer myself so I might be able to offer some advice.

    Pretty awesome set! Yeah It's such a great community. I had only been a member for 3 months when I went to Japan and Bariaburu_Faita and Hebime took the day to show me and my wife around Osaka to all the best collectable stores. Everyone here is always nice and ready to help out, answer any questions with all their varied knowledge and help find the best deals.

    I had the issue with Hroptr Cave, turns out it's a bug and it's actually enemies in a different dungeon. Can't remember which one, but just leave it and kill people until you see it tick over.

    Congrats no3ljm! I got mine at Mandarake while I was in Japan and was surprised to open it and find the fast packs were included! I never new that release had them! It's a great, solid valk, Yamato really nailed the 21/22 body.

    I hope they don't discontinue them, I'm just about to get my house so I can FINALLY display my valks, but wont be able to afford them for a while. So I really hope they keep going for at least 6 months

    Really? I'm in Australia so anything under $1000 is duty free for me too, so I've never had to under declare, but HKC refused to undermark for my Canadian friend.

    Yeah anything sent via ems > $100 has to be insured. Had to send all my valks back home when I was in Japan. The box was too big so I had to EMS, but turns out it's a pretty awesome (but expensive) way to post anyway. The insurance is great and they are pretty fast and reliable. Most of the boxes actually beat me back home!

    My friends and family are all anime nerds and I work as a games programmer, so I have part of my collection at work... and it gets dwarfed by other workmates collections! So pretty much anyone coming to my place actually gets my hobby!

    Yeah I have the original PS3 and it overheats and shuts down anywhere between 1-30 mins depending on room temperature. I stole my brothers more modern slim model for a while and it ran it perfectly. Only game I have ever seen that does this, so since it literally maxes out the PS3's capability then I do recommend a fairly young PS3!

    haha so true. I loved those little Toynami guys, I had Miria and the Orange trainer on the dash of my car! Then my tyre blew out and I rolled it... they didn't make it . Also had the Roy keychain, but they are vinyl so I actually don't recommend using them as a keychain, they won't last.

    Mandarake has plenty of western collectables. Their vintage US toy selection is one of the biggest I saw in Japan. So I can see why they have them for sure. If they are rare, sealed and collectable... Mandarake will sell it!

    They play different based on weapons rate of fire, tracking, the way it handles ect, but effectively if you max out a valk it will be powerful enough to play through the game. I run a Max, Milia and Gamlin squardren of VF-22s and have the base and the gun pods maxed out and they are more than effective enough to trash stuff with a fighter mode fly by. I also have maxed out Queadluun suits and obviously they are no where near as fast, and the weapons work very differently, but they are just as effective in their own way. So basically all the planes are just as capable maxed out but with completely different play styles.
