WOW that is great! This just keeps getting better and better.

Maybe its time to give yourself a new challenge. Try a different genre, like say Armor building. Or maybe you need to make a home for some of your finished Models. Lastly you also could just take a break for a few weeks.

I'm worried I'm starting to lose interest in my model building. I've got a huge backlog of kits now, including a half finished VF-1J Battroid, and a half finished VF-0s battroid. I bought the Mac frontier models, hoping a good build, without painting (except the canopy and clear parts), putty, and all that crap would help me get motivated to finish all my Hasegawa's. It didn't work, I built both Frontier kits, and I still dread going to work on my Battroids. It seems like so much work just to do them anymore. It's been a long, long time since I've finished one, and I hope that maybe if I bring myself to finish one, it will re-spark my interest. I mean, it's gotten so bad I've considered going back to being a "toy boy", and I sold off most of my Yammies to get into models. Basically, any advice from anyone who's been here would be great.

First off wow I've been watching for a while and this just a great project. Looking forward to seeing more. Have you thought about maybe writing an article about it for model building magazine? Like for example Finescale Modeler.

Hey all! I've been working on a head sculpt, and it's nearing completion. That said, a difficult task lays ahead of me- recasting. Yes, the fun part... I seem to remember that there were step by step instructions here on how to make molds to recast your own parts; however, I'm having trouble finding the thread. If anyone has any info that could help me out, or the link to the thread I mentioned, I would be in your debt. Thanks so much!

Seems the comic stuck close to Mckinney/Sentinals storyline, which for fans of the novels is a good slap in the face for the "cannon" debaters.

This pic is very close to a scene in the 5th Sentinals novel Rubicon. At least the end result is

Actually it's based off a scene from the 4th Sentinals novel Word killers (Pages 198-200 incase your looking for it )or from the last comic book from the Sentinals book 4 issue 13. Thankfully their are a lot of differences from the novel and comic run of the Sentinels.

So... what's the "official" story on pinky? Have we found that out yet?

It's confirmed as Rick Hunter by comicscontinuum.com. Myself I was hoping it was Reinhart, but when that cover for issue four came out, I knew it had to be Rick. Here is a link to a less pink verison. Less pink Rick All of the Robotech characters are getting a redesign for Shadow Chronicles, makes sense it's been twenty years after all.

Has anyone checked out Ronald D. Moore's podcast about each episode? He has been release one pod cast per episode for season two so far. The intent is to listen to the pod cast while watching the show. Not normally the way I listen to it, but to each his own. I've really been enjoying hearing about how things come together, the problems they face or whatever else he happens to talk about. The info on Cain, Pegasus and her crew was very enlightening.

I also have the H series with external mix and the guy at the store is right, its cheaper and easier to clean. My problem is that little screw on the bottom of the "ball -joint" nozzle part, it doesn't tight any more so it's somewhat lose.

One the great things I like about the Paasche airbrushes, is that you can get just about any spare part for them from paasche airbrush. I got my grandfather's old H type working again with a few spare parts, so I'm sure you can get the replacement part you need.
