Its a basic "snap on" "no paint required" kit. But trust me, if you want that thing to look decent you'll need to glue, sand, paint, and putty that thing(not necessarilly in that order). I've been lazy with mine, I started in September, took a break from it after a week and never went back. Still waiting to get some Mr. Surfacer, man that stuff is pricey.

Does anybody use a client (Torrent Storm, ABC, Azureus) to download torrents instead of the basic one? If so, which one do you recommend?

I don't dig the sculpt on this toy. Looks funny, plus the paint on the eyes looks weird too, like cross eyed. The design is too complex me thinks to make the right size proportions. It's $55 at Frank and Sons BTW.

There were like four at Target today. It's not glossy like the Takara version, and looks more toyish because of it.

I've watched the series twice, and I still dont get some of the relationships, and characters. Whats with the dude with the eye patch? Is that Ayato's dad? And whats the deal with Rikudo, Haruka, and Ayato's mom? Then there's the clone people Helena, Ayato's twin with the glasses, and the "D" guy, what's their purpose? And the movie, isn't it like a prequel to the series? Answers people, please!!

I have the same problem. Boldoza fires way too many missiles, and that stage is way too long to keep trying, Im pretty much done with that sheet. Same goes for the A-7, I kick the crap out milia with no damage, but taking out that ship is a pain. But, I'm happy with Hikaru's 1s, I dont need Roys anyway.

I dont really want a lot of my bases from my Marvel Legends and stuff. Can I throw those things in the recycle bin? I'm kinda oddball about environmental stuff, so I'd rather recycle it if i can.

For those who got an S on P-06, can ya tell me how the heck you managed it? I swear i've played that stinkin level over and over, and the best I could manage is an A ranking. BTW, P-06 is the level where you use the GBP against a single ship.

Im havin problems gettin the Max VF-1J. Your just supposed to beat the first 5 levels with the Max 1a right? I got S's on all five, but I got nothin.

I've got the flip top lid. Maybe its my disk then, I dunno. All I know is, I've gotten it to work three times out of like ten tries, and it never booted on the first try. I have to put my playstation in standby, take the disk out, put it back in, and then it'll work on the 2, 3, 4,...,nth time. I doubt the Frank and Sons dude will exchange my disk too, damn.

Hello, as I imagine a lot of us playin the new Macross game in the US is using those swap magic disks. Anyways, does it always load up for you? Mine doesnt. Sometimes it works, other times i get "Please insert PS2 format disk," or sometimes it recognizes the disk but doesnt boot it, and most of the time it doesnt recognize it at all. Anybody else have this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I was at Frank and Sons the other day, and I saw a Macross 20th anniversary poster with all the main characters from each series. I was wondering, is there a wall scroll version of this poster? Does anyone even know what Im talking about?

Really? Cus the dude that sold em said the 8 car is gonna be more widely available after the first run, and the 7 car will be harder to get on the later releases. That's wut he said at least.

I dont know if this has been covered, but which smokescreen is the mass produced one, and which one is the rarer one? I got the number 7 with the glossy finish.
