I don't see it on keyhole but the waryas stream is working fine for me.

Nice ep, it had a little of everything.

I use MKVextract GUI to separete the video, audio and subs from a mkv. You just need to install mkvtoolnix first.

Part of me is considering fixing them up prior to burning.

That I didn't know, I haven't watched more than one episode of Central's release. But at least VIP is soft subbed so it should be easy to change those.
