I have confirmation they only have 4 of them. But will be producting the rest of the kits in about 2 months. So it will be Xmas before you guys will receive them. Is this ok? I will try to bargan with the other companies to see if they can get us more kits. I just e-mailed e2046 to see if they can get us more kits at the hobby fan discount. Also if there is anyone on MW that can recommend more sources please help, or maybe if someone has the original and would be willing to do a recaste it would also help out.

That is the good news, The Bad news is that we have to figure out how to order these without making anyone mad. So please let me know whats up, I do want one for myself, so that would leave 5 kits. here is an update on the first kit option: Jeffery do we still get the discount on the first kit, the G-systems? "Hello Robert Most likely we will not be able to get the G-system Version. The requirement for G-system version is high, and they charge a premium for there products. We can offer you the same discount for the G-system kit. But the kit itself is about $40 more." Henry So do you guys want me to press him for the G-system or should we shoot for the cheaper kit? Your call guys, I would go with the cheaper system. I have also asked him for an answer on the if the cheaper kit can be made asap.

I have the resin YF-19 with the weapons and it comes in a two seater., its cool. I like the two seater version.

We have to different supplier whom can supplier us with your demand. But each supplier is offering a different price tag to it. 1st option. Cast by G-System. Which is the photo you are seeing now at Hobbyfan.com I belive. That will require a new retail price increase update even for the 15 sets runs. Approximately 30-40 dollars more per kit. Feature die cast landing gears. And a super clean casting works. If you have purchase G-System made kit before. You will know how clean their works is. Also a nice heavy duty box with color prints on cover. Decal and Metal Sheet part included. They will start production from a NEW, I mean NEW mold. 2nd option. Which is priced base from the currently listed pricing on Hobbyfan.com. (plus the discount henry is offering of crouse). This other company who can only provide us with limited sets of 7 currently. Because the sillcon mold is still available. And that is the maximum sets quoted can be pulled from the exisiting mold. note: the landing gear is cast by some special harden resin (not Diecast). Base from my judement. Their cast work usually score a 7-8 out of 10 points from my book. Including all the metall sheet. and decals. Without a fanncy box though. And maybe we can find someone to recast the metal gear.

Just go to there website and register for an account then go to 1/48 post and put it on your watch list and if you want just e-mail them about the MW group buy and make it attention to Henry, once I get the okay from him, then I will let everyone know and give henry a list of people in on the group buy and once I get everyones e-mail address, I will also forward them to him.

I have gotten a few e-mails on this, if you want to order a kit from hobbyfan by yourself, then go ahead, I don't know if they will give you a break on one kit. Now if you want to get in on this group buy, you do not need to ask me for permission, just go ahead and post a response with your name and how many kits you want. Like i said before, once henry lets me know that they will be casting the kit, I have included instructions on what to do on their web site. I will also forward him the list and e-mail address of the people that are in the group buy. Guys I am sorry for bringing this question up, but I have the toynami blue and shadow alpha's. The beta fighter anyone know for sure what color they will come in, I don't want to buy the red and green because I have the 1/48 imai kits, only unless the beta will come in a 4 colors

Hey guys, I wanted to know if anyone on MW have ever used the fiber optics on any of their kits? I know how it works but can someone please help me in detail on how would you make it work on anyone of the 1/72 kits. What type of powers ource would you use and how can you make it in different colors? I am sorry if i sound stupid, but I ran accross one of those star trek kits with the fiber optics but no power source.

Dean at this point I wouldn't be to worried about the landing gear, lets see if we can get a kit made. If the kit can be made then lets see what we can do to address problems. I am waiting to see if the VF-1D yamato 2 seat conversion is made or not, if so, I would mind trying to see if I can use the parts to make a 2 seater VF-1.

here is an update guys: "I need to get back to you this coming Tuesday for the exact detail. There are two company that cast this item The first company has metal landing gear parts, but maybe hard to get them to produce. The second company will produce it but will not have metal landing gear part, but will have etching plates and decal. So I will let you know when I get the information. I just want to let you get the heads up on what we can get." Henry So I hope we that we can have a kit together soon and hopefully the landing gear will not become a issue.
