  1. I don't suppose you remember where you've seen these pictures before. I'll scan in the index later and hopefully someone can translate and the mystery can be solved.
  2. I think the pictures are for the first Zelda game. I looked at the index, and the pictures are dated '86 even though the book was printed in 1989. Also the guy in the picture isn't wearing any pants like the artwork in the first Zelda game. In Zelda II, he is wearing pants. I guess as a kid, you can get away without wearing any pants.
  3. I snagged the original artwork off macrossworld. http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/magazi...1284_poster.jpg I cut the pic and rearranged it cause Misa's face would have be blocked by the icons. I don't like mirroring pics.
  4. The book was printed in 1989. The first Zelda game was released in Japan in 1986. I don't suppose he could have been a Zelda fan himself?
  5. The second sketch leaves no doubt in my mind who this character is.
  6. I recently acquired the AM JuJu : Haruhiko Mikimoto Cell Works and I was looking through the pages. Imagine my surprise to see two sketches from the game The Legend of Zelda. I was wondering if there's a reason why he drew them and why they were included in this book. I'm a big time Zelda fan as well. The first picture is not obvious.
  7. Track 15 - hoshi no yoru no Misa which translates to Starry Night's Misa. I'm guessing Doi Mika, the voice actress of Misa, but it doesn't sound like her to me. Track 10 - chikyuu ni Merry Christmas which translates to Merry Christmas on Earth. Track 17 - namida no Santa Claus which translates to Teary Santa Claus. Last two could have been done by the entire cast, but I want to make sure first. Thanks
  8. Cool Global. Could you send me a good scan of it? jpg or bmp is good. I have lots of room in my inbox. You can email it to me at hhkyl@yahoo.com if it's no trouble. I haven't seen the series in years and then i watched the Japanese version for the first time. i felt nostalgic after that and had the suddenly urge to find all the artwork, which is proving to be quite a task. I was looking at the Unreleased page of MacrossWorld and noticed they had figures for other characters(but no Max, *sniffs*). I managed to find good scans of everyone except Roy's. Does anyone have that one too? It doesn't have to be the box since i'm sure it doesn't exist anyways. thanks everyone.
  9. I was wondering if someone has a nice scan of this box cover. I've been searching all over the net without much luck.
