I'm unhappy with Avanta.
Received the toys OK but the box is heavily damage due to un-detailed packaging method & unproper post handling of foam boxes.
I hate for this to happen. I really don't mind how the packaging or the improper handling by post personnel.
But for not putting "HANDLE WITH CARE" or "FRAGILE ITEM" quote on the parcel is (merely due to lack of experience) which in my sense, VERY crutial in determining the method of handling of the PARCEL by post personnel either by surface or air.
May this simple, yet VERY IMPORTANT quote be the lesson to all suppliers.
Please bear in mind that simple things may bring devestation to things.
