So if you were me and saw a great deal like that on ebay, you would not question the motives? You would not try to find out as much as possible about the person and get other people's opinions on the deal? You would just blindly trust a person with a low rating? I trust the opinions here on the board because like me other people here have been screwed on ebay and there is a general mistrust. I saw your on the SSL but if you did not have any other credentials then should I just hope that if i bet $650 of my hard earn money and hope I get the item? No way. It is nothing personal and maybe if you give yourself some time you will see Jole did not say anything bad about you. The opinions expressed here were meant to caution us. Trust is not given so freely when everyone is out to take advantage of you.

I'm sure the guy needs the money and if he is selling more stuff later on ebay a negative review saying he won't sell just because his feelings were hurt would not look good on him. Sorry Jole.

Wow, Jole did not say anything slandering. I don't see why he won't sell to him. I wonder if this guy does have the right to do that. It makes the guy look more suspicious though if he does not payout just because he went to this forum. Like if he did not have the items at all

Is there anyway to protect yourself though if you pay by cash, money order, or check? Good luck Jole. If you live in S. Cali I would say pick these items up. The delivery on these items is probably going to be high.

Sleddogg, There is a city in Southern Cali called Ontario. I should know as I'm about 30 minutes away from there. I looked at her other auctions and the descriptions sound too erratic. I also emailed her but all she said was, For someone who put down such eloquent descriptions in one place and crappy descriptions in others he/she has either been recently debilitated or it is a scam. Either way it is over now so who cares. Be interested to know though if Jole will get the items. How much cash does this guy have anyways? He is buying everything.

It's the same pics he used for all his low vis. Wish he would actually take pics of the real stuff he is going to sell you and not mail you

Unless you want a fondue maker or a marshmallow roaster then his stuff is new. All the Macross stuff he sells is used and opened even though he claims they are MIB.
