1. Sounds great. Thanks. Are you sure? The only Club-M VF-11B I'm aware of is this one... http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/models...f11boxcover.jpg That one is 1:72. This ad here: http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/unreleased/cm1.jpg Shows a 1:48 VF-4G and a 1:48 Armored VF-1J Battroid. Its my understanding that the 1:48 VF-4G was a typo. It should have been 1:72. And the Armored Battroid was to be an Ultimate Detail kit made by Tanmen but was never released. I don't believe the master was ever even made. If there is a 1:48 VF-11B out there I MUST know more. Do you have any pictures or links you can pass along? As far as the 1:48 VF-19 goes the only picture I had ever seen of it was in that ad in the ad section here at MacrossWorld that appears to have been taken down. Looks like I'll have to ask Shawn about that. Anyways what was shown in the picture appeared to a work-in-process of the master and the ad stated it would be at a future Wonder Festival. However to be honest I'm not sure it was ever released. I have a picture of a completed VF-22S from a Wonder Festival and I've even talked to the person that took that picture. He doesn't remember a VF-19 being there. I once asked Seichi about the 1:48 VF-19 and it said it was released and is now the rarest of the rare Macross kits out there. I later asked him how he know that and if he'd ever seen one in person to which I never got an answer. The main reason why I'm still not sure is this site: http://www.clubm.co.jp/html/frame/list.html Club-M lists the following 1:48 scale kits on there own web site: VF-1S VF-1J (I assume this is the cancelled Armored Battroid project) YF-19 YF-21 VF-22S But I see no 1:48 VF-19 or VF-11B. However that list isn't perfect either. It doesn't list the VF-1 Normal Fighter Event only kit you see above either. So the existance of the 1:48 VF-19 kit is probably one of the longest unanswered Macross mysteries I've been trying to solve. Anyone out there with proof one way or the other please share. Thanks, Carl 323013 I think it is safe to say that the VF-4G is actually a 1:72 based on the price. Most 1:48 kits are well far an above the 14800Y list price for 1/48 scale. From Club-M prices: VF-1S 48000Y VF-1J (Safe to say this project of Armored Battroid was cancelled) NO PRICE LISTED. YF-19 29800Y YF-21 34800Y VF-22S (That's odd, there no price listed on this) Event Only Kit???
2. That price seems pretty steep to me. If your patient you might be able to come across one for $80.00 to $100.00 US. Just keep looking.
3. What size is that poster? Would you be able to rescan the image at a higher resolution and send it to me? I would like to print in on a 11x17 sheet Thanks, NB4M 322822 Do a search for the poster sales thread, lots of cool HiRez scans of images and posters. 322840 Thanks!
4. What size is that poster? Would you be able to rescan the image at a higher resolution and send it to me? I would like to print in on a 11x17 sheet Thanks, NB4M
5. That's not a bad custom. I just don't care too much for the OSHA Safety Flourescent Orange color. Still a nice catch if the price is cheap!!
6. Congrats Pat S, Now all you need to do is locate this little gem. This one has two right arms!! Seriously though, great catch.
7. Now, now...boys (Hurin & Skull Leader) I don't think it would be worth it if both of you were to beat each other "black and blue" over the color of Max's heatshield. After all it's only a heatshield.
8. Actually, IIRC the YF-1R made two appearances... First Appearance was on a recon mission with Hikaru and they discovered an abandoned weapons depot. Second Appearance: hand-to-hand combat with Zentradi, some time arter the first appearance. I think the episodes where this valk appears is somewhere between eps 28-31(?).
9. 319449 Hey Agent GHQ, How's it going? Try looking at the Gundam Store. They always have sales on the 1/60s. Give me a call later. NB4M
10. QUOTE(JBO @ Aug 10 2005, 06:07 PM) The burden of power. Can't ignore the idiots because they're the people most likely to need your special touch. I wish I could post naked pictures of myself here. 319423 Are you looking for that "special touch"?
11. How ironic if the sticker that got stuck to the bottom of your foot actually said "NO STEP".
12. You only get robber when it's against your will. This was just plain haste and stupidity on the buyers part.
13. Graham, How about in the Toys Section, you make room for some of these abominations? List them under "What "F" was that. It would include all customs in all scales.
14. I had noticed that too, just thought it was some sort of error. What exaclty does it mean...is google registered user? For what purpose?
15. He F***ED it up. Hey katana67, is this your work?
16. Hi Carl, Take a look at these. They appear to be the same only different packaging and slightly different coloring. I tried looking for the other set, but came up empty. Good Luck on you search. NB4M
17. Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Hope you get what you're seeking. Good luck and welcome to the boards! NB4M
18. Great work jadefalcongaurd!!! I just happened to notice something, look the picture that shows the valk from the front to the back, with no wheels on it. The cockpit is crooked, it does not align properly. The seat is a dead giveaway.
19. Why not try your local hobby shop? Some carry transparancy paper in different mils and colors. I used this on an old Orguss Taka box for the same reason as you. The method I used to stick the tranparancy film is a mini hot glue gun. It works great. Just be careful with the hot glue, that stuff really burns and hurts like heck. NB4M BTW, Nice job.
20. Those sure are sweet, especially with the Taka-Style box. VF-1As All I need is the box.
21. I have a Gold Book that I bought from Seiichi at MWCon'05. I think it has the most boring scene of all... None. ***There was no filmstrip in the book. I just wanted it for the pretty pictures.
22. This DeathScythe is definitely my favorite custom. The amount of work and detail poured into these is trully amazing.
23. Just look in the pics of the last MWCon and you'll see them there. The helmets belong to Xstoys. Just use the search function. Plus the back pack is also on some of those pics.
24. These are definitely smaller than the Banprestos. There is also a pictorial of how the parts are made. You'll find the link at the bottom of the page.
