    Got my Rand MPC today! Looks great! Can't wait to take it out of the box when I get a minute. Then reality clicked in-----these two will be the only two I will EVER have... :unsure: :unsure: :unsure: This is just soooo wrong in SO many ways Beagle.........

    It's just too bad that most fans are only just now realized how great this peice is and that it cannot be missed from their collection.

    Maybe than we would have Fuke right now...Or maybe with enough sales...we still can. I still have a glimmer of hope that toynami will convince beagle to at least finish Fuke sinds both companies have already invested quite some money in development.

    Congrats with the best Cyclone ever made, don't forget to hook us up with some pics :lol: .

    Seriously, right now I'm about two seconds away from pitching the whole thing off my balcony and watching explode into a billion pieces.

    Sorry to hear about that, I had the same problem when i did it the first time. It took me 45 minutes and it felt floppy.

    Almost everyone transforms these wrong the first time(s). It was nog untill transforming it for like the 5th time that i finaly got everything right.

    Than it became a pretty sturdy toy. completely tranforming it nog takes 10-15 minutes. You'll get the hang of it.

    Gillermo, awesome pics. You must have a very understanding girlfriend. She sounds like a keeper.

    I do actually, she likes these things too even though she's not a fan or anything. It's a lot tougher having a girl that hates these things (had to get rid of that one).

    I'm keeping this one ^_^

    So how much would you guys pay for this now? Mospeada Complete Art Works review is up.

    I just wasn't sure if you really meant over rated or if you mistyped because you're such a fan. Not that the statement is invalid. It's hard for me to think of it so since it wasn't really a hit even in Robotech terms. In RT terms it still pales under the shadow of the Macross Saga, not as much as Southern Cross.

    I liked the new generation more that the macross saga when i was a kid. Liked the mecha better too. :wub:

    My red Alpha/Beta arrived today from the RT store :lol: . courtesy of my lovely girlfriend who got me these and a green alpha :wub:

    Thank you babe ^_^ ! I'm loving the set as a whole. Still not transforming the Alpha though. I'm afraid it will disintegrate after 5 transformations :( .

    Now to get a Green beta and a shadow Alpha/beta set and my MPC mospeada collection is complete. MPC Cyclone vol 1 and 2 are on their way.

    Too bad we won't see vol 3 and 4 :(.

    I have ordered a few things from rt.com over the years with no problems. But last year I preordered the beta and never recieved a conformation email. So I emailed them and emailed them but didn't get any response. So I called them up and found out a third party takes care of the orders placed on the web. Anyway, they helped me out.

    Do you have that number in case i need to reach them? PM will be fine. Thanks :lol:

    I've ordered three high ticket items from them over the years and never had a problem. Shipping was always fast and confirmation emails were timely. No problems.

    I don't think the shipping will be the problem. If something goes wrong or parts are missing or broken, i can't reach them.

    They never answer any of my E-mails. And i just had some normal questions about shipping, costs etc..

    I just ordered a few items from the RT.com store. A Red Alpha, Green Alpha and a Red Beta.

    This is my first time ordering from them. I hope everyting goes well :unsure: .

    I have E-mailed them over 3 times with various questions and NEVER recieved an answer :angry:

    Anyone here have more experience with RT.com? I'm keeping my fingers crossed :ph34r:

    MPC Cyclone sales are starting to pick up on EBay. That guy that was selling MPC Scott and Rand for $170 is starting to sell out.

    Gilermo, u really made me drool with the pics of your alpha and beta..

    Now toynami, when is my green beta coming ? <_<

    I'm still drooling over it every day. some times i catch myself just staring at it. A must have for the Mospeada fan.

    All though i realise that getting a combo now will be very expensive. I'll try to get the other combo's as well.

    I think every one that loves Mospeada should have at least one. These things are the best mospeada products ever made.

    My pictures dont do them justice but yours certainly do! keep those beauties comming ^_^ !

    I needs to get me a beta and sadly and MPC alpha. What are the chances I'll get an alpha with tight joints a non crooked head and non exploding hands?

    They are out there, just don't transform them (ever). I've so many of these things. :angry:

    Blue Alpha: Split in half at the chest (bad glue)

    Blue Alpha: Hand broke off

    Red Alpha: Hand broke off

    Red Alpha: Arm broke off at elbow joint

    Green Alpha: Arm broke off

    Green Alpha: Hand broke off

    Shadow Alpha: Arm broke off

    Now 8 Alpha's later i have 1 unbroken blue alpha. Witch i am not transforming.

    I've send toynami emails about this but never recieved an answer back.

    So i sold off the rest as spare parts, and boy did people neem them :lol: .

    Finaly got my MPC alpha (scott bernard) in the mail today ^_^. This thing is a hard (and expencive) SOAB to track down.

    To bad i had to go buy a new one becouse my old one fell apart :angry:.

    I'm not transforming this one ever again.

    Now that Alpha and Beta are finaly connected i'm psyched. They look soooooo good together.

    After 20 years of waiting.. B)) . Pics don't do it justice... All thats left is getting the rest :lol:

    OK - QUESTION FOR THE GROUP:

    IF Toynami took over the Fuke CAD schtuff from Beagle and went to the same factory for production --

    HOW MANY MORE ROOK MPCs WOULD THEY SELL THAN SAY, THEIR RED BETA FIGHTER??????

    IMO - Toynami sells 5X as many Rook MPCs, even at $50 more a pop than the Beta.

    (I think they could go up to $250 and not loose any buyers that would have bought at $200. That's $100 more than the Red Beta to cover ramp up costs)

    That HAS to be tempting to Toynami - or am I just being delusional??

    I'd buy it at $250, for sure. I need a MPC Rook :lol: .

    Gilermo,I`m so tempted to get the Beagle even tho it`s not my prefered scale & yea with the amount of CM one`s I`ve got,I could have gotten three Beagle ones. Just the scale that stopped me. Tho they are tempting.

    The scale does not bother me at all. I have masterpiece and normal transformers standing side by side. And that is how i look at these MPC Cyclones,

    As masterpieces. Objects in their own scale.

    Well that`s why I went with the CM corps Brave rider Mospeada figures. You have all the main rider figures & only need make the last three. Plus with the size of the CM Corps Brave Riders,they work so well with the Microman,GI Joe & any other 4" figure (1/18th scale).

    I`d love to see more from Mospeada too tho at the moment I`m working on some 1/18th scale Mospeada customs inc resistance fighters.Perfect really as the old Matchbox (Harmony Gold or Playmate) Inbid mecha`s are perfect at this scale.

    You knew the line would be cancelled from the start?

    I would not want a hundred of those ugly CM things, I'm glad i got the Beagle versions (sold that CM crap the same day) This is the best ride armor ever.

    A must have for every fan. I see people complaining that the Beagle costs 200 dollar yet bought for over 400 worth of CM ride armors.

    Quality over Quantity for me. (but that's just my opinion)
