Staring to sound like I'm not getting this toy. My 20 year old gakken doesn't have floppy arms, actually nothing is loose or floppy and still transforms great. Screw toynami if these problems are abundent on the entire line of MPC Alphas, I really wanted a green one. Guess its back to removing that horrible paint job I did to my Gakken back when I was 11.

I thought they were going to give Benoit a long title reign - he deserved it. Remember when Hogan had the belt for that 4 year run - every time out you believed he was invincible, when he finally lost it, you couldn't believe it. That belt had become a fixture on him, they need to go back to long title reigns. I don't mean years, but some where in the neighborhood of 10 months. There are people who tune in every few months and don't even realize that the title might have changed hands 3 times in that span. Hell its probably back on the guy who had it before. I know HHH had the title for a long time, but he was squashing people during that time, nobody could get over on him. Benoit was perfect, people respect his ability. HHH will now feud with Orton, win the title and WWE can kiss more than bsu legato goodbye but me as well.

You should check out the newbie question thread. Mac Zero takes place before the events in SDF Macross. It has the VF-0 which was made to combat the anti-UN varaible fighter. At this time the VF-1's engines weren't ready so the VF-0 was made with conventional jet engines. In the Video and Music review forum areaseven gives a great review of the current episodes.

Wrestling needs a new star. Someone as compelling as Stone Cold or the Rock was. No one seems to be able to elevate themselves to that level. The WWE needs a storyline that the mainstream public can get behind. WWE's ratings were huge in the anti-establisment Austin days, people tuned in to see what would happen next or to hear one of the Rocks promos. Nobody is in that league anymore. All the major stars are gone. The last pay per view I got was Wrestlemania 18, when Raw or Smackdown came to my area it used to be sellout, the crowd was amped. Now the arena is full of blacktarps in the upper sections and people seem disinterested. WWE needs a complete overhaul, dump the lame wrestlers who will never get over with the fans, get rid of the brand extension, make the titles mean more by not having so many - this is confusing to the noninformed fan who tunes in and finds two major champions, two sets of tag champions. They just don't understand the brand extension, to them its just the WWE. They need to bring back the casual fan, right now the fans are the longterm type who wait for it to get better.

I hope this happens, my interest in wrestling has dropped of the map in the past year. WWE needs competition, then maybe they'll bring some better writers or better ideas into wrestling. I'm tired of the same boring crap. I remember Raw use to be appointment TV for me, and was a topic for conversation at work, now nobody cares.

I'm thinking of getting the green one, as its my favorite of the bunch. Still I would like to see a review on it first, and maybe see if there will be a price drop.

I think there trying to emulate the Magnum TA vs. Nikita Koloff matches for the US title back from the old NWA days. This launched both their careers and really made the US title into a stronger championship. Doubt it will work this time as the current audience couldn't care less. Hell I don't care. Undertaker/JBL - garbage, JBL is not a main eventer. DDP is awesome, always went the extra mile for the fans. I wish WWE would kill the brand extension, get rid of the two big titles, and two tag titles, and fire about 20 garbage wrestlers - start first with Bob Holly, then JBL, then Kane, well this list could go on forever.

Kanata67, I think you need to see Mac Plus again or see the whole thing. You seem to be mixing up Macross II - Lovers Again, with Macross Plus. Ishtar is only in Mac II, the 19 and 21/22 do not appear in Macross II. The VF-2SS only appears in Mac II. When you mention the cool toys from Mac II, I don't know what your talking about, unless your referring to Mac Plus and Mac 7 toys, as I don't think there were any toys from Mac II, only the previous mentioned Bandai model. Macross II doesn't bother me too much now that I know it doesn't have anything to do with the rest of Macross. I feel that the animation goes down hill torward the end of mac II and during certain parts I got bored watching it. This is one anime that I won't be adding to my collection.

Mint was a problem for me as well, I find Annie in Robotech less annoying. The worst scene for Inbit ineffectiveness has to be in the episode where the characters are near the river, they are in the middle of Inbit Gurabs and the Inbit can't hit any of them. Still I like the show, and it fills in the holes that RT New Gen had.

Jester, you should look at the SRD on GOO's website if you haven't already. It pretty much contains everything the book does minus examples. A while ago I found a pdf that someone made up of the SRD. Much cleaner looking and fixes a few of the mistakes in the SRD. I've been using the system for a Macross game circa 2015. The rules do have some holes in them, but if you know d20 you can make up ways around them.

It seems that the pilot does move up a little bit in the chest near where the airbrake is located. In Macross TV when Britai rips part of the chest off Hikaru's 1J it appears that he is not directly under the heat shield where the seat would be located in fighter mode. So I believe there is a 90 degree back rotation and a slide upwards of about 2-3 feet into an area with more monitors.

No they sucked, GI joe figures put these to shame. The joints on these matchbox figures were horrible. What really bothered me about this line of toys was the scale issue. I'm fine with somethings being out of scale, but just about everything matchbox had was out of scale. Guess I was a hard kid to make happy.

Notice that the SDF-1 playset has characters from all three generations. Guess continuity didn't mean anything to them. I remember collecting these figures, was impossible to find Minmay, Lunk, Rook, Micro Millia. Going to have to go and dig these guys out of storage for a good laugh. Just remembered I have those destroids, there not bad looking, they might find a place in my display.

Just got into Mac 0 and there is so much to cover in the next episode, so I'm very worried about episode 5 leaving more questions than it answers. I hope it doesn't suck, maybe 1/2 the production time means a lot of the episode is already done, especially considering Kawamori's new series is going to be debuting this fall.

Good news, Night of the Living Dead is one of my favorite horror movies. Halloween season never goes by that I don't rewatch this classic. Still gives me chills when they go to get gas in the truck and screw up big time, all those zombies going into the truck one at a time taking a cooked morsel and then the munching afterwards with that creepy music.

This is fun. How about the Voltron teams, when would these guys figure out that they had to merge ASAP when the big baddy showed up. How many times when in Lion form did they get it handed to them, and then form up and beat the Robo-beast or whatever they were called. As for Matrix, come on you have to load those damn APU manually by sending out people with carts. How come they didn't have an EMP in Zion?

How about the autobots and decepticons, same thing going on there like GI Joe. All that technology, firepower, but no fatalities. These guys couldn't hit much of anything. At least in GI Joe there were no name Joes and Cobras getting shot down and parachuting away. Weird there was never mention of captives, with all these parachutes, and nobody ever went back for these no names. I guess they were just executed for not having codenames, because the only way to live in GI Joe was to have a codename. Edit: KingNor beat me to it. Not anime but red shirt federation guys from Star Trek, or maybe all the federation during Kirks time.

I think the VF-1 will make a show in episode 5. Roy needs something to fly. The Macross Compendium states that there aren't very many VF-0 out there. I believe there are only 4 VF-0S. Roy's VF-0S is trashed, that leaves 3, I can't believe those are just waiting around for Roy to pilot. The setup seems right for a VF-1S and maybe a VF-1J for Shin. Of course Edgar would have to be out of the picture for a 1J but maybe a 1D if he isn't.
