Sad part is, I really didn't want any Hikaru figure and I get three and I would have been happy with just one Minmay. Oh well, I guess that's what usually happens, you don't get what you really want. F. Well I certainily don't...I wanted a frickin HIKARU! lol ~more hate~ j/k seriously though, grats on the luck.

Compared to the prices these things have been going for on ebay (both opened and unopened/sealed/unknown figure) -this is a good price. And for a Hikaru or Mylene (which seems to be what everyone wants here) $8.95 doesnt seem to be a big gamble for a figure that is costing as much as some of the 1/60 Yamato Valks. I've seen 2 Hikaru's go for nearly $60 a piece so far and Mylene a little less and sometimes a little more. Ugh. However, I have to wonder if this means other (and by "other" I mean "cheaper") retailers will be getting in more shipments of Collection 1 as well. That would be nice.

Monster looks great and I appreciate they are giving us some non-valks to play with but howzabout showing some love with a Macross Fortress? I would love to see a highly detailed, HQ version of one of those. But of course, I'm still picking up Monster. Surely not more than $50 right?

Hiya guys! I finally broke down and caught the mech-buying bug and picked up a couple of the 1/48 Yamatos. Now, I'd like to pick up a Hikaru and Roy CMS to display with them, but I cannot find them anywhere...well...other than ebay, I mean. Anyone care to point me in the right direction? Also, do we have confirmation that collection 3 will feature a Max Jenius? And, please keep in mind I have no idea the scale of the CMS figures so this may be ludicrous, but would it be safe to assume that if we do get a Max in Col. 3 it will be the counterpart to the 1/60 Q-Rau Millia Pilot? I noticed the upcoming Max version does not come with a figure....and thats just tragic in my opinion. Of course I'd rather have Max in Valk pilot gear, but I'll take any Max I can get. P.S. This is O.T. but I don't want to clutter the board with a bunch of posts from a noob, so I'll ask here for all you Yamato 1/48 afficienados.... Is there anything keeping the Max VF-1A from using the Strike Armor? I figure it can just fine, but thought I'd ask before I order it -just in case.
