I like John's idea of making a slightly larger 1/72 now and later have the option of making a 1/48 fixed-pose kit using hydrospan (a 60% increase in size is actually closer to 1/45). Actually a larger scale kit would need more external details to look right. Take the Yammie 1/12 Scopedog as an example, it is way to plain for its scale.

Cap, can you elaborate on "1-side see-through hull to show off the details of that cockpit"? Do you mean the back of the hull can be opened up like it is in the design? May be my dream can really come true...

I have been wanted a good Regult, PI or resin, for a long time. I was hoping Hasegawa will make some bad guy mecha or destroids, but it seems like it may not happen. I am definitely interested in a 1/72 Regult.

Like many others, I started with Robotech. It was really a love and hate thing. Love it because I got to see Macross (kind of). Hate it for HG mixing the 3 separate animes together. Shortly after DYRL was out, a friend of mine sent me a tape of DYRL. I watched it at least 20 times for the first month. Even now, DYRL is still my most favorite anime movie

Got my sets right before Christmas. However, their packing is awful. They put all 3 sets directly into a carton box without any bubble wrap or anything. Of course the corners of the sets are wrinkled a bit All the discs are okay though. I have been quite busy, so I am only watching a bit at a time. I really enjoy it though.
