I'm hoping that if we don't get a Macross Lego set, that someone takes a very good look at all pictures and works out how to make one.

That way we can just go along to Lego.com and buy the bits and build our own.

We may contact the builder and see if he is willing to share the build instructions if the CUSSOO project does not work out.

This is actually one of the six project candidates for the next round in 2014 (3 rounds a year now). We will know soon.

I don't know what you guys are talking about as far as the 1/48's prices going up during TGPB2013

I snagged a Low Viz 2, Angel Birds, and a TV cannon Fodder for 100$ ea.

plus you can still find retail Stealth's, Max's and Miriya's on Japanese retail sites.

Hell I saw a VF-1S V2 go for 70$ on one of the Japanese proxy sites.

Can you please give me a pointer where to find them?
