  2. Hmm... Try posting this question in the Fan Works forum, you may get a hi-res response.
  3. There was a great link here that I have since been unable to find. It included the image below of the different profile images of the VF-1 in fighter and battloid modes. There was also a version of the below image for each vrsion (VF-1A, VF-1S, VF-1J) as well as some other lineart. Would anyone know what the link for the site was again?
  4. I wanted to work on drawing orthodic views (fore, aft, port, dorsal, ventral) of the AJACS/Auroran from Super Dimension Century Southern Cross/Robotech Masters. Would anyone have any screencaps or good quality profile images of the VF-X-4, or even rougher quality images that could be retraced?
  5. The image that i found was from the Mecha Size comparisons on robotech.com, which i cropped, enlarged and cleaned. The same image is used on the cover of Robotech Sourcebook #1 by Wildstom Comics. I am trying to design my own side view, and then extrapolate to the other views. After comparing the VF-X-4 images to the VF-1, it would seem that the cockpit section is very similar (except for fins and the FLIR), so I am going to expand upon it and try to create the VF-X-4.
  6. Researching the history of the VF-0 and gonna work it in.
  7. I wanted to work on coloring some orthodic views (fore, aft, port, dorsal, ventral) of the VF-X-4 or YF-4 (the prototype for the VF-4 Lightning III). Would anyone have any good quality profile images of the VF-X-4, or even rougher quality images that could be retraced? This would look incredible with the color scheme of Skull-One. Note that there are notable stylistic differences between the VF-X-4 prototype and the later production VF-4 Lightning III. Here is the one good image of the VF-X-4 top view I have been able to find online. I have cleaned it up and enlarged it a bit. Now we just have to either find the side and front.
  8. Sweet drawing Hikaru. Thanks for providing the line drawiing, I may have to take a stab at it, maybe a nice Skull Squadron color scheme. Do you have anymore profile images of this beautiful Metal Siren?
  9. The Metal Siren you made is incredible hikaru. Where did you get the line drawong for it? Or did you make it yourself. Nice work!!
  10. GRRR... All these pretenders to my throne...
  11. ... the VARIABLE SPARTAN VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE...
  12. We have seen the Destroid Monster redesigned as a Variable Fighter. Even the Zentraedi Glaug. Here is a beautiful Spartan design as well (kudos to the artist). But is it a match for...
  13. Here is a beautiful model from an earlier thread.
  14. Beautiful work Nanashi. Here is the image from the series it was in.
  15. I found the Robotech 3000 DVD available on Robotech.com http://www.robotech.com/store/viewproduct.php?id=144 Anyone have information on this?
  16. Another great resource for an ARMD would be the version used in Macross II. I would suggest getting the Palladium RPG book Macross II Deck Plans Book III (available in most comic shops). It has good orthodic views (top, side), and even internal floorplans (unofficial).
