  1. I like the podcast in general. You guys know your stuff.

This podcast was one-sided review, however, because you all liked the preview.

I think it would be hilarious if your next podcast is only a group of those who hated it.... old-school destroid guys.

That would be funny... and probably very quotable.

Personally I rather enjoy hearing different opinions, I might see it from the other perspective, and think, "Yeah, they're right, I did not like it, but I see where they are coming from.

Personally, I think there's plenty of negativity going around about this show as it is. It's good to hear people being positive every now and then, IMO.

  2. Pretty cool, one minor nit, in zero-G environ/exo-atm smoke just forms a cloud, it doesn't rise. Smoke rises due to temperature differential with the air. In 0G is just expands out in all directions.

Actually, the rogue planet they're on would have about 1/6th the gravity of Earth and a scarce atmosphere, though the smoke is pretty much a stretch for sure. Still, I hope you liked it!

Not sure if it's just my mobile browser but the images didn't load up in any kind of logical order. I didn't realise it was off till I'd read all (18?) pages. I kept thinking, "none of this makes any sense!"

    Anyone else have that problem?

    Beautiful work, Kyle!

Huh, weird- I don't know why that would be like that...I'll take a look and see if my mobile browser does that.

EDIT: I think I may have found the issue. When I was uploading these to deviantart, it seems some of them ended up with "Cover" rather than "Page #" in the title. They're fixed now. Try it now and lemme know! :) Thanks for the heads up.

  3. I'm really loving this story. I also like the little extras you throw in there, such as the merchandise that drops on the floor. Good additions. I can't wait to see where all this goes.

Thanks, Jason. I've got a lot of ideas for where this can go. Next time we chat, I might share a few with you.

  4. I followed bloggers like Crusader, Kurogane, ghostlightning and the Random Curiosity people back in the day. They made Frontier sound like it was both a heavy hitter and a legitimate mecha show for guys.

    >Implying shows are made specifically for a demographic that isn't going to make as much money

The way I see it is if you can put out a show that appeals to both sexes, then you'll have a larger viewer base. The added bonus of this is that you'll have young adult women cosplaying your product which is like a free endorsement. That is when you have truly won.
