There were two versions: 1st: rack of 5 semi-auto hand guns (all that is seen) 2nd: an auto gun (long section), top-short section held a rocket launcher (with vents in the long section), the two side sections seem to hold ammo

The "Eva done right" thing has always annoyed me. Yes, it does have some things in common, but I think the stories are very different. That aside, it is a Kick A$$ anime, well worth watching.

I would be interested if they would make a Tie Defender -
Has anyone noticed that the main body seems to have been redesigned in some way? The sections of armor covering the torso and waist are different.

Sweet! I hope that the Landmate equivilent from Stand Alone Complex will be fairly inexpensive! -
Bloody Hell, he could be right! I for one would like to see this armor put into a model form, but i will be blasting the odd "chest-fin" out of there. "Gainax, the creators of Evangelion, are milking the show for all it's worth in this year's ?grevival?h push, and Bandai is producing a new PlayStation 2 video game of the characters and machines from that unique universe. In that, the main machine, the purple Evangelion prototype, appears in a new version, and Bandai is wasting no time producing a model kit of it." -HLJ ( http://www.hlj.com/cgi-perl/hljpage.cgi?BAN922733 )

If they do use the internal frame, I hope they don't try to use the rubber under-skin like on the PG eva-01 kit, it doesnt help the kit's posability.
-
I think that HLJ.com still sells basic hands and highly detailed replacement hands for gundam models, although I beleive that those are all in gundam's 1/144 scale.

Does anyone have BIG (150+ k) images of the Ghost from Mac+? Line art would be preferable, but anything would be appreciated.
-
HOLY CRAP!!! 155 MEGS?!?!?! Next time, put up a warning!
-
What vf-5000 kit is that?
-
I mostly build mecha (from macross, gundam, evangelion, virtual on and five star stories) and planes (hase. yf-19, f-22 raptor, f-18). I model anything that I like and can afford.

Final Fantasy VII and Einhander!!!
-
I think I can help! Both the 5000 and the FBZ-99g are in the design works, but the AZ-130a is not, so I can't help with that one
-
Anyone know if the Q-Rau (all 3 versions, hopefully) will be included?
-
Unfortunatly, the Compendium has little information on it. Only the engine from the VF-16 (?) was mentioned, I think. Now I need to see what this "VF-16" looks like...
-
Crap. Talking about it is going to make me track down the rest of the books!!!
-
I doubt that the image is in scale. If it were, wouldn't the VF-5000 be shorter than the VF-1?
-
It's this one:

I am a great fan, Even though i have only read the 1st book (the US release). I like it so much that I built a model of the 3rd (?) knight of gold

My most expensive macross item would be the bandai special ed. blazer valk I found on ebay for $110 (us) about a year ago. My most expensive non-macross item is my hguc gp03 dendrobium that is sitting in a storage room until I finish unpacking I wish I had more money...

I don't want to sound like an @$$, but next time put a warning in the post about the file size. It could make some of our dial-up users choke to death. Some very cool stuff. Now I wish that I knew more about this sereis! Thanks for the scans!
