Time to add to that pile.

I've ordered from them before. And I know that I'll order from them again.
And I did. And so the circle is complete.
It was a pleasure criuse. A ride I'll pleasure again, and again.
Okay, did you make sense of what I just said?
Cause, I'm a little lost myself.
-
Oooh MAN! Am I excited.

-
Yeah. Yeah! YEAH! YEAH!!!!1!1!!11

I just got mine, in like, not even over 10 mins when I got home from work!

About 1:30 PM.....in Canada, BABY!!1111!

At first I thought, what's this small package from Hong Kong?

Then I opened it, THEN I REALLY OPENED IT!!1!!

Sweetness all around, baby. Sweetness.

-
Ooo, Zentradi. I'm in!

Mayhaps this topic should be moved to the For Sale section. It could generate more intrest.
As for the starting price, I have no idea.
With items such as this you don't want to start too high, or you'll scare off alot of people. But start it too low, and it may not pay for itself by the time the action ends. Then again, this is a rare item, and it may sky rocket, especially in the last half hour. Then, yet again, I see items like these stagnate after a couple of days, straight to the end.
In other words, who knows? Ebay is just like the weather or the ocean, unpredictable.

Whew! Under the wire.

I missed out on Captain's 1/48 VF-1D conversion kit
, I ain't missing out on this one.
-
Wow! Those are simply beautiful!

Is it too late to get one? Or did you make a limited run?

Please let me know. Thanks!

-
Wow.

I'm gone for a couple of months, and I'd miss the boat on Captain's 1/48 VF-1D conversion kit.

But I won't miss the boat on this.

Please put me down for one, depending on the final price. The exchange cost, it'll be the ruin of me.
-
Whew!
Thanks.
That did it.
Thanks Hurin!

My bad for not checking the earlier posts, I new that there probably was a post taking about that.
It's just I was hog wild about the new skins, that I had to try it.
Then saw the mess, and I panicked (yes I checked the dictionary and you add a "-ked" for past tense, learn something new everyday
).

-
Umm, it didn't work.

I'm guessing cause it's just a partial url address, because there is no "skinid=3" in the url you gave me.

-
Hey, it's great being back here!

Umm... a little late, but never never!

Yeah, I think I typed that out right.

Anyways, I changed the skin to check it out, but now I can't change it back your change it to another one.

NEED HELP!!!

-
Yeah, I'm looking forward to this.

My gunstrap broke right at the tip, when I was trying to loop the ring through the gunpod hole. Never heard me curse so much before.

Well, lesson learned. But now I got a useless strap that can't hold the ring.

Is there some type of glue I can use, without melting the plastic?

yah the courtship was bit messed up but since it was culture shock its ok. the knife part I doubt she realy wanted to kill max she was already taken during the arcade battle.
I dunno. She seemed pretty serious about inflicting sharp stabbity wounds upon him.
...
I still hate AnimeFiend for that episode.
Yeah, I get the felling that Max was sweating through this knife fight, or he seemed under duress, even though it wasn't animated. Or should I say animated right.
-
Maybe when it hides underwater?

Interesting camo, but I'd go with a desert or forest scheme or even a low vis one.
I wonder what a "space" camo would look like? Hmmm..... -

You mean like how Klingon couples in Star Trek pummel each other before "mating"?

-
well fanally here you go
sorry I took too long
tell me what you guys think? Keep the face that you created for the first man.
Correct me if I'm wrong but you drew the "anime-style" face here (probably because of all the "anime-style looks better comments"), and it lacks the personality you captured with your first drawing. it looks more generic now.
also, the lines you have on the hair seems a little inconsistent with the rest of the piece.
You can also try extending the hair a bit, probably right around the stomach area to show where it ends. Your choice.
Your stuff looks great man...
You're making me wanna go back to my drawing days.
I have to agree with What?!
(....oh it's "Nani?!"
)As what others said, the body has killer curves, but the face IMHO is "anime" generic.
I'm not trying to shoot you down or anything, since you are trying or incorporating a new style. But it's like what Nani?! said, it's laking that [Dr. Evil voice]I don't know what.[/Dr. Evil voice]

I buy 'em to build 'em.

But it's a very slow process. I'd like to document as I go and put them on my webpage, but I need a digital camera first. That and the fact that working 12 hrs is my regular schedule, I don't have alot of time to build them. Which only adds to the very slow progress.

But build them, I will.

Eventually.

-
Ryujin.... congratulations in making it in what ever magazine that was.... that's just awesome..

I just bought one not too long ago, and it comes with that same pic, scaled down and without the MFGK logo though.

I think RT went with "Gloval" because he looks Russian, but the compendium says he's Italian, which makes sense with the "Bruno" part of his name.
I'll always prefer "Gloval" over "Global" because "Global" is kinda silly and despite all the hate against RT, the accent of Gloval in it was sweet.
"Global" just sounds made up. Or like a porn star. Either way...
I never thought of that. You've given me something to think about.
Hmmm......
I've done a search on "Gloval" and "Italian", and the results are interesting.
There were an over whelming RT references, and misspelling of the word "global".

I went into page 3 with the same results, more misspelling of global and the RT name reference. So as you can see, "Gloval" as a name, is used only in RT and I didn't find any IRL Italian named "Gloval".
So I'm sticking to my guns and say leave it as "Gobal".
-
Well of course not.
That's why, as polidread said, it's your style. And IMO, I like and enjoy your work.
Now the latest pics are more closer to the much debated "anime" style, but is that the point? You stated that "this is my version", and it included whatever style you created for your work. You don't have to justify or appologize for your style.
And you don't have to change your style to incorporate "anime" elements or techniques, unless your truly genuine about it. But if you are pushed into it, then that's wrong, and you shouldn't be pushed to adapt your style. And if you are genuine, then at least it's your choice and not influenced by others. Well, other than constructive criticism that is.

Engrish, yay!
"You may not be available twice." - Depends on how well the first date went. Or until cloning is cheap and common enough like bread n' butter.

A 1/48 scale SDF-1 would be a habitable structure.

Actually your right.
I'm now thinking those mobile homes shipped on those huge flatbed trailers.
Yep, I'm livin' in my own toy.

Would be a be-atch to transform though. Unless is has it's own transformation engines. Then my home inside could be trashed just like the city inside Macross when it transformed the first time in the TV series.

Just make sure your outside before you throw the switch. Don't want to be crushed inside.

-
Now's the part where we add "they should make it 1/48 scale

HAHA! I'd love to see you get the box of that sucker through the door.

No, I think "lawn ornament" fit's the bill here. A rather macross size lawn ornament, I mean.

And then you can have those lawn gnomes as the Zentradi and have either your 1/48 Valks destroy them or pretend the Macross destroys those with fire works.

This is sweet news!

I'm probably gonna get two. And if the 1J is released as a bundle pack with the GBP, then I'll use the 1J head for a Hikaru 1J CF, and use the now headless 1J for Captain's 1D custom.
Ahhh, life is good as a Macross fan.
