  1. *1/60 destroid conversion kit similar to the old release but you get all the armor for any of the four types.

*1/60 Regult (I don't know how they'd do it) conversion kit with generic parts that can easily convert into the one of the three with full articulate Gi Joe style pilot with removable helmet. (hands could hold micron)

*1/60 glaug with "generic" figure same as above

*1/60 masamune armor (not sure what they are actually called but seen them on tv series defending the SDF-1 deck in the last great assault with zentradi)

*1/60 add on pilots so you can change pilots such as a generic Vf pilot, Misa (with or without helmet in flight gear)

oh yes Roy tv version to stick in our valks, with a standing claudia for free and minmay in her pink DYRL outfit to run over with your valks, destroids and battle pods

*bottom carrier decked style perspec boxes with snaps to hold the valk in fighter form to store my valks.

Nice Idea blackjek, any collection is not complete with the SDF-1 bridge full of gals and global the pimp daddy.:D

  2. Thanx again Monkey-N for doing fans a favor.Wish this service was available when takatoku's and transformers were brand new?

I may need your services in the near future, so is it possible to order much later in case of any breakages?

I mean I have been real careful with my 1/48s but you never know.

(I mean spare parts for the 1/48...1/60 would be great)

  3. Well I all your points are valid, personally I bought 1/60's thinking they were the best at the time before 1/48 emerged. I would have loved that scale and stayed with it Because:

1.Whether it be the handiness or scale it is feasible to make enemy mechs in that scale possibly in the future.

    2. The dexterity and detail of the battroid was better than a takatoku//bandai (though not as robust.)

The only thing that I didn't like about the 1/60 was the way the legs had to be removed from the body when transforming.

IF ONLY THEIR LEGS where attached to their body much the same way as the 1/48.

For me the 1/48 scale's main selling point was the legs were attached to the body.

If it was nothing more than

a bigger more detailed, more posable 1/60 removable leg type, I would have passed up the entire line.

If ever Yamato decides to remake the 1/60 line, It would be wise to take lessons from the bigger 1/48 scale.

As with 1/48 enemies, graham did mention the possibility as Zero but then again I am not the only one that desires enemies in this scale.the 1/48 made up for my own qualms with the 1/60's legs. In one way though improbable 1/48 enemies would be deserving even just as models we have to paint.. I mean Mospeada had 1/48 transformable legios mech? why can't we even have 1/48 regults/glaugs,etc even as models?

  4. I though I was seeing things re watching the series??

but bens vf is the only one I have seen sporting missles on the tail. If this was a standard how come we haven't seem more Vf's use them?

The link stated that this is an early close combat weapon system, could ben's VF be an old model?

  5. VF-4 1/48!!! Man that is one huge but beautiful piece...

Wonder if any 1/48 Vf-1D would ever materialise as a tie in with the TV series VF-1J??IF not how about a Brown VF-1A? They appear in Both TV and DYRL?

  6. Lots o' comedians here, wonder if Yamato would take us all seriously.:D

Gimme a house box to sleep in!! A house/apartment IS something used to keep a 1/48 Monster Destroid!!! ;)

  7. Wonder if they ever made "better" quality versions of this toy. (not as flimsly and the hand actuallt hold stuff)

because of the size it is ideal to mount a few on a balsa wood carrier painted like the prometheus.

  8. Out of curiosity what are these helmets made of?

Is a it entirely plastic or is the shell aluminum siding?

I dont' think my heaqd would fit a medium I take an XXL

    would be hell to custom:angry:

  9. don't forget they did have valks with green shoulders and legs from the SDF series

(the episode where the first sdf touches down on earth after pursued by zentradi)

They are guarding the base where Misa and Captain Gloval were sent to.

  10. anyone there know what I can use to get clean cuts when gutting thick plastic? In particular thick plastic models and toys??

I want to chop up old Harmony gold product and modify them any suggestion on what I can use to cut up this plastic? I would post this in the toy forum but I need to know what cutting tools I can use other than a scalpel to get cleaner cuts for 2-3mm thick plastic.(something hand help preferable.) I copping saw does nothing for me

  11. sorry for not looking first that the old VF1J is out, It has been while since I was here. (time to order the J )

but since they got the speical ed with the booster pack, why not the armored version as well.(with or without valk)

If a brown vf1a is not much to ask, then a vf1d should not be too much problems.

  12. someone earlier in the year mentioned that they frequent this page

Again I'd like to thank yamato for the 1/48 scale valks,

i am glad that you don't have to remove the legs and hands to transaform them. That is something i desired mostly on their smaller valks

Also will there be plans to make a 1/48 vf1-J with GPS armor? a set is not complete without a vf-1J even if the

pilot in it is "macross the series" version

and more importantly a vf1-d two seater. that would be great with 2 figures included in the cockpit

(one of hikaru/rick the other of minmay)

I love the scale and hope to see more valkyrie types appear.(a vf 19 or vf 21 would be nice)
