Curious, Do we have any pics of what might become of the VF-1 series "classic" form?

With the 1/48 hands have you guys tried making your valk hold the gunpod with both hands with the right hands index finger on the trigger?

I know what you mean by "it holds its pointed slighly downward." Skull-1 how do pose your valk holding the gun? chest level,hip level,?

The hand on the 1/48 that supports the gun doesn't seem to "craddle" it as much as the toynami version (get both hands from each toy and see for yourself.)

perhaps Yamato would make nice generic mecha hands(movable fingers) for all their mech lines similar to some gundam kits.Some of those hold their guns real well.

As with Imai I think it was dead, sorry for the confusion. I'd like to know who picked up their cast molds for mospeada and orguss?

I wonder if the quality of the finished toynami alpha fighter would improve if Yamato got on the band wagon to make

1/48 legios fighters. Perhaps Imai could re-make their models in "toy grade" abs plastic.

Not putting it down just want better products for that price

The vf series was a step in the right direction with the movable fingers and LED VF head. the only thing that i had was that the things that connected the legs could not be concealed in gerwalk and fighter mode.

This alpha seems to have a lot of potential, lets hope toynami exploits it well.

The tech specs I got for the gun a RX-79 fires is 100mm

from 08th MS team.

hmm can anyone confirm what shells MS gun use?

Can anyone remember a brand of helmet called "integra" a few years back? It was a bike crash helmet but oddly enough its over all shape looked like the Tv version helmet?

If only they made 1/60 valks like they did the 1/48 (with the legs attached) I'd have no beef with it and would start collecting them again.

Out of sick curiosity with the valk vs gundam, I know it is debatable but what would be the pro's and cons of each? (if ever they existed even in a sim)

Thanx guys... Now I know what a valk pilot would be up against if ever he locked horns with a Zaku or a Gundam.

not sure if the 55mm gun would have any effect on a gundam than fires 100mm or a zaku that fires 120mm.

strange thing, I have some info on them but the reason i'd like to see models is to see the overall dimensions of stuff from gundam in general compared to a valk.

measurements are wonderful but i just cant see it in terms of comparison

as with the bridge, we can forget the SDF bridge and concetrate on its "finer" members me even the stand in bridge characters who operate the pin point barrier in 1/60
