  1. Hey all! Been looking around the internet for seated pilot figures for my current valks, (specifically the VF-1S DYRL) that are detailed and less chunky like more recent Arcadia offerings. I've seen the offerings from Winup Scale Models and all I seem to find is Standing versions of them. Is there somebody that could make possible sitting versions that can be in the Valks themselves?

  2. Hey everyone, so I decided to take my VF-4G off the shelf to transform it into another form to put it on the shelf again in battroid mode and this happened to one of the legs on it. Is there any replacement parts for this specific part!

  3. Hey does anyone know how to remove the screw covers on this toy? I’d like to tighten some joints up but the screw covers are in the way. Any way to get them off?

@Hikaru1234567890 Cold weather (and I mean anything below 60 degrees) is a baaaad idea for clearcoats. Trust me on this...LOL.

Did you apply the clear coat during cold weather? And did you dust off the figure before coating it? If not, I guess that's one factor too why the coat didn't adhere that much.

I actually clear coated the figure in a warm temperatured area and made sure to dust off the whole figure entirely, the rest of the figure turned out fine with the transformation but its just those rail guns that don't like to be slid around at all in the shoulder. would sanding them be a good option to give them a rough surface to stick better too?

  5. Hey guys, sorry to bring up a deadish thread, but  recently decided to clear coat my SDF-1 in matte, and it looks AMAZING, but with the rail cannons on the shoulders, the matte coat keep chipping and flaking off. does anyone have any suggestions on how to make it so it won't do that?

The only thing that I can think of is to send it back to Bandai's factory and get a replacement which will cost you quite some $$$.

Bad thing about that is i bought it from someone on a classified site and i don't think that will work, but i could be wrong.

  7. Hey guys! Just got my very first VF-31 with it being Chucks VF-31E and I’m having a blast with it! But one thing I notice is that it’s missing the upper arm armor piece on the left arm and I looked in the box for it, is there away I could get a replacement or even a 3D printed one? Oh

Satin coat. Flat coats look nice but I always end up regretting it because they scuff so much more easily and visibly.

Gerwalk and battroid mode. I wasn't a fan before, but the VF-4's battroid has grown on me.

So how did you take it apart? cause I'm seeing some areas i dare not sand with out taking it apart.

  9. Has anyone attempted to take their VF-4 apart and Flat Coat it? Im thinking about doing it, as I've done it with my other HMR releases.

  10. Hey all, Looking for a 2013 VF-1A/S kit that either has a damaged box or no box at all. Hoping that someone has one unbuilt cause I want to start it from the beginning. PM me if you have one!

Also will accept the Roy Fokker Ver. as well.

I had a male and female pilots printed in 1:48 scale specially for when my VF-1J would arrive. Well I had to cut and sand a lot to fit the female into the cockpit, but I didn’t try hard enough for the male pilot.

For size comparison, left side are the 1:60 pilots (approx 1m75 fall), middle is a MFT diaclone, right side the same pilots at 1:48 scale.

It looks like there is room for wealthier pilots than Hikaru, I just hope Bandai can fix the pilot size for the next VF-1 releases.
