We go out camping frequently with NVG. Current set-up: ops-core base jump helmets The Airframe is rated level IIIA and thus heavier than the plastic FAST shell. I plan to upgrade soon to ANVIS style binocular nods so that extra weight will help balance out the new heftier rig.

The real sig 55x family is made by Swiss SIG ( Not SigSauer USA or Even JP Sauer) and is a select fire weapon. It more closely resembles an AK inside then an AR15 EDIT They also are banned from import into America

Actually, You can. What you're seeing is the thermal "overlay".. Great for detection. Perhaps you missed the THERMAL part?
