Its not just you. The price of Arcadia's stuff is completely nuts IMO. Im just happy that Bandai has upped their game because and started outputting high quality at a reasonable price.

Im not a fan of the ghosts attached to the wings. It doesn't look at all integrated, like someone just slapped them on there as an afterthought. Other than that though i love this design.

I agree that the gunpod detracts slightly from the fighter mode, but in battroid having a meaty gunpod looks awesome compared to these puny things.I'll take the gunpod anyday.

Although i understand the complexity of what is being produced there is no way that the waste figures should be that high. It sounds to me that he needs to bite the bullet and investigate other production options because a business running like that is not sustainable.

Yamato VF-0A, because it crumbles to bits when i touch it - utter shite. In contrast to you my favourite is the YF-21. Although it has its fair share of problems i can overcome them with my love for the design.

I had the same problem. They have to first pop up before they rotate outwards. i managed it by sliding a very thing flat edge screwdriver between the doors and then jimmying it upwards while pushing down with one of my fingers to stop it bending too much. once you get them open that first time they are fine.

same here. i had almost resigned myself to having to snap it off to get it open.

Is there anyone in europe planning on buying these stands? It will probably work out cheaper for us to club together and buy in bulk to save on shipping costs. Someone would have to be the hub and agree to send them on to the other guys - i would happily do this as i am in Switzerland which is pretty central. Also i would be fine with trusting someone else to do it. Im looking to get 4 stands at some point. If anyone is interested in combining orders then message me.

+1 I love that the 21's gunpods are more intergrated into the overall design rather than just being a gun stuck between the engines. The VF-22 loses something by trying to have them fitted internally.

I picked up a VF-0A a few months ago and its been transformed once and other than that its been sat in my display cabinet. Today i got it out to change the pose and the left arm fell apart at the bicep, also its arms are so floppy that they cannot hold its gunpod - needless to say i am severely pissed off. Its definitely the worst yamato toy from a QC perspective.

All you are describing is simply just different game design but there is no reason in what you describe above why both series of games cant be running from the same game engine. The use of an engine for one game dosnt inidicate that that is all it can do - just like how Batman Arkham City (open world beat em up), Gears of War (small area TPS) and Kinect Sports (motion controlled crap) are all from the Unreal Engine.

1/60 YF-21 I love the shape of it in fighter and battroid mode and i like how it transforms so differently to every other valk.

Didnt Starbuck vanish though as if she had been some kind of ghost or guardian angel..? Whatever happened to her I dont think she managed to jump in a raptor and fly off while Apollo's back was turned. I loved BSG but that ending just made my poo itch.

I wouldnt say "its in the works", being considered is probably a better description and even that might be a bit of an overstatement.

I think the best you could do for android would be some kind of turn based strategy game. Anything more arcadey would be better suited to something with physical controls.
