They seem to be pretty slow during this period. I made an order in early May and paid EMS - its over a month now and it has not shipped. Raised 2 tickets and they said, they'll work on it. And the status has now changed to "Processing" for the pass few days. My previous purchases with NY shipped a lot faster - and on SAL. Maybe its due to the COVID-19 situation there? I'll give it another 2 weeks before deciding what to do next.
