I'm glad you bumped this because I hadn't seen it before and it is AMAZING!

You just got me to spend 70 bucks and order one! Ha ha! No, actually, I am hoping I love it. I have an army of 1/100 Regults so I am hoping I love this line.
Thanks for the input!
I aslo have the 1/100 Regults, I've decided that I need to get this toy by Bandai.
I've been looking around for a good price but all the places with the best prices are sold out.
$48 (Rakuten and AmiAmi) $56 (OverDrive)
Does any one have any suggestions for decent prices on this item with affordable shipping to North America?

I love Toys that scale well with their counterparts. The fact that the Zentraedi Tactical Battlepod scales so nicely with the 1/100 Veritech is the main reason that I bought it.
That being said, scaling with New Generation toys is problematic. An Invid scaling with a 1/10 Cyclone would be ridiculous for anything bigger than a scout. And I'm not worrying about scaling with an MPC Alpha since I will not buy one with all of its problems.
Now I've gone and bought myself a Blue Beta and now I care about scale for Mospeada again, I may even buy an Alpha and leave it in fighter mode...

Which V2 1/60 VF-1 Yamatos are good? Is it safe to get it now or are the shoulders still an issue?
thanks
Micronian has a list of good/bad shoulders on his site, at the bottom of this article:

If we decide to make Mospeada Invids for Robot Vinyl Collection it will probably in non-scale.
Just big enough to fit inside the same clear package used for Regult and Voltron figures.

I was lucky enough to be at the sneak preview at Comic Con and it was amazing. I will be there tomorrow on opening night to see it again.

I'm taking August off with the moving, wedding, and honeymoon but I have every intention of getting one of these and reviewing it promptly when I return.
Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials. Have a fun August, looking forward to the review.

I was at SDCC this year, I can't believe I didn't pick up one of these DYRL exclusives!
Looks like Robotech.com is going to be selling them for $55, it was $35 at Comic Con.
