    You are leaving out information.

    Like, how all three of us were trying to help you out from day one. While we were trying to communicate with the US Post Office to track this down. A feat by the way, which is kinda pointless if you've ever had to work with the USPS. You were impatient, have severe entitlement issues, and didn't want any solution but to set your own terms. You demanded resolution before I was able to get any resolve from this.

    Keep in mind, I have a day job. This small toy business run by only three people has done nearly 3,000 transactions in 4 months alone. I am NOT out to get you. I am NOT going to throw away 10 years of building an honest reputation over 100 bucks.

    You are being a drama queen. You got your money back. I did not contest the issue when you ran to Pay Pal instead of giving me time to try to resolve this issue.

    How dare you insinuate I am lying about the health of my grandmother. Both my grandmother AND my father have both had serve health issues this past year or so. Why would I make it up? You are just being an infant. You have no ground to stand on, so instead of being a man, you are trying to take cheap shots at me at the expense of my family. Throw your temper tantrum. But leave my family out of it.

    Hey Twoducks, as someone (Me) who uses the Post Office pretty much everyday for shipping with my business and 60% of my sales are overseas, if your package was over 4 pounds then it has to go at the least USPS Priority Airmail and they do give you a tracking number, its printed on the customs form (Hand written or Online issued forms) .

    If it was sent as 1st Class Airmail there is at least a customs number issued. So if your being told the US Post Office doesn't issue any kind of tracking numbers for international that is FUBAR.

    Not true. A customs number is NOT trackable. Recently, the USPS has allowed tracking if you purchase your slip on line only through Priority or Express Mail. Only if purchased on line. Only Priority or Express. And only RECENTLY.

    I have purchased from Toywave in the past.

    Many international stores do take their time to get your package out. Not all of them are like that, but in my experience, it is a common practice. We live in a monochronic culture, where as some cultures are very polychronic. It's just a different cultural mindset.

    Now, bear in mind, when ordering from a US seller, it can sometimes take 2 - 3 weeks to get an item. And that's just with domestic travel. When you are ordering internationally, the item first has to go through the local shipping system, then travel across international waters, then go through customs-BEFORE it has to go through the rigors of customary domestic transit! So, allowing extra time for international orders should be considered. And this is not including the polychronic mentality of your package taking a while to ship.

    I find that when ordering from HK, it's good to allow 3 - 5 weeks for an item to be delivered. Some countries, such as China, CAN take even longer. Again, this is not true of ALL sellers. You are just dealing with a different cultural mindset where people can and do take their time. Just be patient. I know it can be hard when you pay all your hard earned cash and just want that instant gratification. But sadly, we have a hobby where nearly all our collectible needs are imported items. So we must adapt to the cultures and mindsets we are importing from.

    Toywave is a good place to order. Just be patient.
