  1. hopefully a month or two... otherwise I wont have any spare cash on hand to get one! lol
  2. OUR Technobable is so much cooler than the Trekkies...
  3. I Think they look pretty good for not being able to do anything about the inevitable gaps. My one gripe about the kit [not your work with it] is the Pilot is incorrectly modeled even in 1/144... Yellow Squadron don't wear flight-suits, They're BALLERS, they wear old-school fighter jackets.
  4. I was referring to the leg armour, as seen in Macross Plus bottom frame of this immage If I could get my hands on a set [or several] the VF-19Advance would definitely get added to the list... so aggressive...

because of the fact I live 400Km from the nearest hobby shop to me, I'm planning on stocking my bench with Vallejo, Tamiya, and some Citadel paints, because they're very easy to get for me, and Acrylics are relatively safe to start re-learning how to paint. I'll have to match what I can and mix for whatever I can't... should be fun. This Handy website should help! I'd also like to get a hold of some of AK's metallics

... just received two of Hasegawa's RVF-25s... the instructions include references to CR1, CR2, and CR3 paints... are these clear paints? it seems they want to mix CR1[10%] and CR2[90%] to get the clear purple for the sensors just forward of the canopy... they also want CR3 [whatever it is] mixed into those distinctive greens of Luca's bird
  7. Indeed, I would do terrible things for a set of those FAST packs for the '19 in 1/72...
  8. Will there be an option to lower the main cannon like in the box art? Or will we have to do some creative surgery?
  9. Outstanding work so far! Love that colour of blue, will shamelessly appropriate!

Can someone please translate Hasegawa's Paint charts on their instructions? Are their instruction call outs in Tamiya paint? or something else? Help Please!
  12. ... My collection Master-list is totaled at 68 Veritechs... That should keep one's hands busy for a little bit, eh? I'll have to keep checking Amazon then, thanks for the tip.
  13. I just acquired the VF-22 Master File to complete my set... I'll be sure to look for that when it arrives!! I'd save $13 by going to amazon, so that's something sadly the Canadian Dollar is in the hole, and it looks like to stay down there for some time.... and right when I started amassing my ridiculous Macross kit collection too...
  14. Doing it that way means I don't have to pay $100Canadian on Evilbay for a VF-0C [that I wasn't going to use the Hawks decals on anyhow], nor do I have to shell out on same marketplace for a VF-0B. so I'm saving money by purchasing in-production kits that I was going to paint completely other than the intended scheme/decals anyway. more Cannon reasoning: Since they progressed onto the VF-1, it's obvious the UN preferred something about the VF-0 Swing-wing variants, so I'm making the logical [in the Macross universe in MY head-space anyhow] leap that the VF-0B would quickly have become the bird tasked for Gerwalk-Battroid/Transformation familiarization and training [Primary flight training would still have been conventional air frames in the VF-0 era], then they would pass up to the VF-0A. then onto a VF-1 Squadron if they lived that long... then again, now I keep envisioning a VF-0D in Radome and Orange.... as far as post-Macross7 era goes... YF-19 IS a two-seater. I would assume the VF-19 would have that same option since the VF-25, -29, and the -31 series all seem to have continued this design. Even Brera's VF-27 had a second chair built-in. I'm almost certain the last purpose-built two-seater variants would've been the VT-11 and the VF-17D, maybe a VF-14D. The VF-22S is classed a special-ops variant... so I'm assuming one would have Veritech experience before you ever got near one... but I would LOVE to see a VT-22 all the same!
  15. I may have to... When are they going to release just that image as a poster?
  16. I'm planning on stealing the nose from a VF-0D and swapping it for a VF-0S; resulting in a VF-0C [with an S head], and a VT-0 Auk. assuming we're actually able to swap what appears to be a modular nose assembly?
  17. by the way, what IS the pod that comes with the VF-11D? is it supposed to be a camera pod?
  18. Wow! A gorgeous bird Jefuemon.
  19. people who live in small apartments can also fit more of them into their living space in 1/72...
  20. Having seen the detail Airfix crams into their 1/24th scale aircraft, I should think so!
  21. They'll probably give Bandai some time in the spotlight for their transforming kits, then once the initial run or two of those are shipped they'll start announcing things.
  22. I Will have to do the same thing for almost all of my Valks, since i display very few of my models on the ground. at least Hasegawa included Gear-up doors for the VF-25 series, did they do it with any other kits? your nose-gear doors turned out very nice btw.
  23. Outstanding... truely great work there request: could we get some pics in the sun so we can really see what she looks like?
