She has more important matters on her mind, so she has no time to be picking out beach attire. Episode 07 is just so much fun to watch. There's so many great scenes, that i just have to make a list. -It's hilarious how much Ray just wants to get out there and fish. -Beach attire Mylene is really nice on the eyes, especially with those adorable feet on show. -An angry beach attired Mylene complaining about Basara is also adorable. -Thumbs up to Michalle for checking out Mylene with the camera. -Awesome bridge bunnies who only appear for one episode are that awesome they get their own eyecatch. -Epic older audience know how to rock. BOMBA! Would be awesome to watch episode 08 on Christmas day, though if not i'll do it the day after. It is the first episode where you know who speaks after all.

Yeah, i'll keep my opinion for when i see them in action (and no the teaser trailer does not count ). At the moment all i care about is seeing more adorable Tieria, which i know is very unlikely.

Heh, i'm sure i can. It's also my reason as to why i'm buying a PSP next month. Just a shame it's taken this long to save up for one, though i'm sure to catch up with a long marathon.

I noticed them a hell of a lot more when rewatching the DVDs... yeah. & keep the Misa and Hikaru Christmas images coming. They're beautiful.

This is the line that makes me remember the type of character Shammy is.

Also helps that the story is one of the darkest in the franchise, giving it more of an adult theme. Will probably watch episode 07 tomorrow. Not really the right time of year for a beach episode, though later in the episode is spot on.

I wouldn't say real robot show, far from it. It just falls into the Macross genre perfectly.

It's pretty crazy of Ray to have Basara fire a missile in such a place, but then again i can understand with the situation being what it was. As for what Basara would have done if there weren't any missiles, it's hard to say because i don't think it could have made it over there in time before the enemy grabbed Rex. It's all speculation from there. As for my favorite quote from episode 05: We all know that Basara's goal is to change people with his music, though at this point in the series, what he does with his music is what people notice more then anything.

Misa in a Chinese dress would be rather interesting to see.

Thanks to this thread, i'm going to have such a hard time deciding on which one to use as my main ringtone. The pink monsoon chorus works perfect for an alarm clock though.

I guess there's just the more human looking type, and the alien type. It's the easiest way to set them apart. Personally i rather like the Exsedol DYRL look.

Seeing Ozma with a guitar would make one awesome homage to Basara, though more entertaining then Basara? I'll just have to disagree with that one.

It would be nice to see some kind of continuation, though i don't think the series needs remaking. Not even Macross the First, because it's doing a mighty fine job as a manga, and should be left like that.

I love the Basara development in episode three. It's only been three episodes, though for Barara's he's waiting so long for someone to understand his music. It may not be the target he was aiming at, though for him he's pleased with it either way. It's this episode that opens up the path for Fire Bomber. & my quote of the episode is: Next week, vampires!

I'd also recommend Spice and Wolf. It's worth it alone for the outstanding interaction scenes between the main characters, Horo and Lawrence.

I recently rewatched/marathoned the series a couple of weeks ago, and there is quite a large collection of filler episodes placed quite a bit in the series. Personally i wouldn't call them filler episodes, because pretty much each of those episodes includes some character growth, and if not that, the plot is sometimes moved forward just a tiny bit. Still, i loved those episodes quite a bit, and find them very enjoyable. It's just more time with this fantastic cast, and that's what i want at the end of the day.
