I' know what I don't want: No more love triangles. This has turned into a crutch for Kawamori. There are other ways to develop characters. Kawamori needs to explore that. No pink pecker, sound force, etc squadrons. What I do want or would like to see: An animated version of the events of VFX-2 An SDF Macross side story that takes place during Space War 1, like Gundam MS 08th Team. Seeing the VF-1 with todays anime techniques would be cool. Hopefully it will show up in Macross Zero

I saw it this weekend. Pretty cool. Nothing that I haven't seen before but I liked it. How this movie got an R rating is beyond me lol One problem. Not really. Most of Minmays(from SDF Macross) songs are awful. Nails on a chalkboard. Be prepared to hit the FF button. lol

I'm not buying it. Never been a fan. My interest in 80's mech anime is at an all time low. That's probably why I sold Mospeada after watching it through once.

Every place that I 've seen it for sale says it works with original PS2 imports and back ups.

I've seen the first episode, I thought it was pretty cool. Some good ole fashioned anime violence lol. It's good to see a masculine male lead character make a comeback these days when everything is so wimpy nowadays. True, Kenshiro seems different(not the just the voice or the way he looks) but I don't mind that. Some of the old cast would nice like Rei or more Toki. I could do without a new appearance Bart and Lynn ugh are they annoying. I don't know how many episodes the new OVA is. I hope this will get a US release.

The YF-1R looks good but like JawJaw said so did the Rick MPC. I won't buy it anyway since I have enough VF-1's from Yamato. Also I don't own any MPC's why start now.. What's the reaction on RT.com about this? "another f'n Macross Saga toy" lol They really need to move on to something else quickly
