    Well, I guess the only toy out there being produced 24/7 365 days a year are Barbie dolls. Apparently they sell one of these things every second somewhere around the world!

    Ooopppss, how many times have I told myself not to show my girlie side in public.....Macross, Macross, Macross that my toy!

    Back around 1986, IIRC there was a short lived cartoon titled something along the lines of "Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs"...course this was an anime "Bismark" which featured western-ish styled powersuits (like those of Bubble Gum Chrisis), robotic horses, and a big shuttle like ship that transformed into a cowboy-ish robot (basicly the body of the shuttle folded into some sort of cape)...I don't think any toys of this appeared here in the states, and the show wasn't on long...but it was kinda cool (I liked it more then Mask at the time)...just wondering if anyone remembers it?

    Yes....and chick in the show is pretty cute....

    She is one of my childhood ...er...fantasy... :p:p

    The horrors of the Red Comet started to appear on MW since Oct 2002.....

    Before that, i traumatized Macross Roleplaying Network forums from 1998-2001, as a insane pilot of the 366th Gunfighters squadron with a Red VF-19.

    and, i add colors to Macross RPG Community forums from 2000-2003.

    And i was in the alt.fan from 1996....that's a long, long time ago when i am still a innocent soldier boy... :p

    While I really like the new designs, I think Shion was a lot cuter in the first one....

    They probably should have stuck with the originals... that or redo the first. Consistency is good in video games....

    I agree....i think the Shion in 1st episode is more sexier... :p:p:p

    Thanks guys. I think i will give this game a try...

    Anyway, what you guys think of Xenosaga?

    Beautiful. The story gets rather convoluted as it progresses... and its quite infamous for LONG dialogue and cinematic sequences, but much better than, say, MGS: SOL's presentation of dialogue....

    Comes highly recommended from everybody I know, and often ranked before .hack. I heard Xenogears is even better, but having made the mistake of not picking up the game when it was available, Xenosaga would be the next best thing I guess.

    One thing that most Xenosaga players miss: Try to spot ALL the tributes they pay to almost all myths, ufo/alien theories, sci-fi, etc.. there are quite a lot.

    Xenosaga 2 is due out soon isn't it?

    I am playing this rite now.......it has the Evangelion feel.. :p

    Speaking of which, isn't there a EVA game that came out recently? How is it?

    Wel llast year you had the Eva murder case where if i remember, a young man murdered his mother in the name of eva.

    That case is that the 22 yrs old man think that humans are parasites that are damaging the environment thus need to be exterminated. He killed his mother so as to overcome his hesitation to kill other human beings.
