text on the third down picture seems to be about the hip connector being like the 1/48 hip connection but the picture still looks like the 1/60.

I heard the Macross M&M VF22S were already announced by Yamato and will be coming in 2010, but couldn't find anything on the web. Does anyone know?

Are we sure that HLJ is right about the vf-1a? It actually says 4-21 on yamato's website. They usually don't put out a release date for an item until it is actually ready to be released, otherwise they just have the release month listed.

Found the VF100 VF-25F and armoured VF-25F on HLJ's website but i could not find the order page for the 1/100 VF-25S and VF-25G.

Does anyone know where it is on HLJ or perhaps HLJ are not carrying those two? I certainly hope they carry it. As far as I know, they're my oly source for Macross stuff.

Is anyone else having trouble keeping the canopy of their VF-1D to stay shut?

I push in the canopy and it pops back up about half a mm.

What gives?

Mine does the same thing. I don't have the problem with my 1j and I am not retarded, it just doesn't close properly.

I would say you are really cheating yourself if you see the movie before reading comic. I used to spend alot of time hanging out at a comic book store and as far as mainstream comics go I don't know of anyone who doesn't think it is the greatest ever. You will really get more out of the 12 hours straight (you've been warned, once you start you will have a hard time putting it down so plan accordingly) that you will spend reading the comic book than you could hope to get from the movie. It's an experience that shouldn't be trivialized by whatever the movie does for you.

I've noticed that most everything Macross Frontier related on Overdrive's site is sold out. How does a person learn of new items for sale, and how fast do you have to order before they're all gone?

You can sign up for their newsletter. I think you'll have to set up an account with them to do that but I don't think you have to buy anything to do this.

Could you keep us updated as to how it works out for you, in case he puts something up like that again? If he doesn't jack you around I might not be so hesitant to order from him next time.
