There are tons of pictures available of the painted Toynami sculpt and some of the unpainted one. Don't worry about posting pics, we've seen the thing. Many are available on robotech.com as well.

I'm interested in one or two depending on price.

That phrase originated from a speech that Al Gore delivered at a past MWCON, shortly after his invention of the internet. He went on to proclaim that "Reactive armor is the shiznit!", and assured us that we would all know what he was talking about "Soon enough". Gore then mounted a jetpack and disappeared through the ceiling.
Honestly, I have no idea m8

There's a torrent site that has 2 japanese model making videos for download right now. They are each like 2 gigs, and the 2nd one supposedely has a VF-0S buildup.
Be warned, badly drawn animated pic of masturbating frog on each link for some reason, but the torrents are there.

I would like to preorder 2 of them if I can.

Those are awesome! Thanks for posting them!

Haha, that's a good rule. I don't mean to lowball you, just not a priority for me to get one, and they sometimes go for $5 plus shipping...
-
What do you consider cheap? I got two extras... (one someone began to do a custom TV paint job on and quit, the other one just has some floppy hips). If you're interested let me know. I'm assuming any of those 1/72 Alphas (blue) would work...
Well, I would like a stock one in decent shape for like $10 shipped. They pop up on eBay every so often.

I think I waited a few months, then got one with Resident Evil, and was hooked on that game like it was crack. I probably have 70 or so games (most HK boots) from back in the day. I still have a modded PS1, but haven't played it in a long time.
I'm afraid I'm growing up though, the only games I've played in the past year were Silent Hill 4, Ace Combat 5, and Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater. I'm not sure I'll by a next gen system. Maybe if there are some truely killer "killer apps".
Thanks, and happy birthday PSX!

I'm tempted to pick it up, but can't make up my mind, so I probably won't.

That would look cool next to that 6' alpha a while back

That looks awesome! What did you use?

There are other great ones as well PAT S,
Like:
macross zero - action.mpg = some unknown artist i never heard before with macross zero footage [highly recommended]

Macross Black.mpg = macross zero footage + that song made papular in vietnam war drama "tour of duty"
burntoast - macross forever.mpg = uses foo fighters music, i think titles everlong +macross zero footage
I'll check those out. I also reeeeaaalllly liked one that used Cake's "The Distance", but I can't find it on Anime Music Videos dot org. This one matched the lyrics up with Macross Plus, and it was pretty entertaining.
-
So Maverick and Goose flipped off Isamu in that video? Haha!
Check out this one if you like electronica. I'm not sure if this is the original name or the name I renamed it, but if you search for it at AMV.org it should show up...
Macross Plus Reflection - Dune - Electric Heaven.mpg

The AS and Yamato ones are the same. I reviewed all of the pics in this thread of the Yamato toys to the already released AS toys. These are really overpriced for their size. The detail and poseability is great, but they're like GI Joe size. This makes it a hard decision on wether or not to buy.

Hey Pat,
Here's some pics from Japanese review site:

enjoy

Awesome, those were great, and really show some poses. Thanks!

Thanks for the review. Got any pics

Also, anyone else need parts? Maybe we can all keep an eye out, and scavenge another broken one to fix ours.

The title of this thread is misleading
Sorry to hear about the troubles. Hope it all works out for you guys. -
And I would have paid quite a bit more too. I guess now that Toynami may be releasing a Beta, interest in these have died down, or the seller named the auction title a little wrong, or you were all still sleeping

It was actually pretty funny, but you have to make allowances for the acting. The end fight scenes were absolutely 100% hollywood class. I'd download it just for that.
