yeah Brera was hiding and even had the evil eye flash in the darkness which usually in anime means that a bad guy is about to pounce or something sinister is watching. Brera is a good pilot, I doubt he would miss. He was aiming for the rifle.

ARRGH why must english dubs of anime always have people going: "ahh! oooh! oh! huh! ehhhh! uhh! sigh!" when they show a clip with people with mouths open. Is it all done with same stupid director who doesn't understand the concept of your jaw going slack or opening your mouth and not uttering a sound? Also, why must characters be panting like they just ran a marathon when they are jogging 10 feet to their Valkryie?

I was wary of this from the beginning, voice acting just isn't very good quailty, it seems like it always draws on the very small talent pool here in North America. Contrast with the 80s where there was an explosion of animation and cartoons and you had some seriously good actors with a lot of work available.

The level of technology in the future makes camoflauge useless. Enemies will detect you 10,000 km away before your eyes could even see anything. The low-visibility variation toys are mostly just gimmicks. Besides, when most of the battle is taking place in space, wouldn't it make more sense to make all your fighters pure black instead?

The quality is not that spectacular in Seirei no Moribito, the amount of drawn frames is still very low and the colors plain, boring, dark, pastel, and flat...(CG color fill tool) despite the proportions and style looking nice. For quality animation with detail, depth, ridiculous amounts of dynamic shading, and many smooth frames, you have to go back to the pre-CG era where they still drew and hand-painted cells.

That was such a "MAIN CHARACTER CALLS OUT SPECIAL MOVE" and red kanji in blood appears before the attack scene.

Klan Klein seems to know Micheal from when they were kids. Michael was the classic little boy who cried all the time and KK had to cheer him up to tell him to be a man (when he was a toddler). I'm guesing that they were childhood friends/enemies (she was the little girl who punched him everyday on the way to school) but she never grew up when micloned! This also means she is the girl next store and they will end up together. That's so awesome!!!

Man, I keep thinking that song (at the end and the one that Ranka remembers from her childhood) is VOICES from Macross Plus. It sounds very familiar to something else I've heard.
