    The only up-side to having to watch per week, unless the self-control is strong enough to wait until the entire season is out, is that the show lasts longer. Binging it is fun, but then you have to wait about a year (in nonCovid times) for more.

    Arcturians... But a series with humanity at 'odds' with the Predator species would be pretty cool to see. Dive into their culture using honor as a common ground, but still having troubles enough to flirt with open war near the end of every season.

    You can see why they did it though. Two of the biggest blockbusters of the 80s and people getting giddy about seeing an Alien skull on a Predator (movie 2) ship. Unfortunately, the hype is usually always more interesting than the end result. It probably should have been left as a simple tease. But on the other hand, there was always the possibility that they could have done it well...

    I just finished rewatching the 2199 Blu-ray and the Celestial Ark movie. So damn good! And though I was a little disappointed with 2202 I am going to binge that one again. Maybe it will be better the second time around.

    The only good one was the first one! Although, Predators from 2010 was a real good movie, esp in comparison to the other sequels.

    Just read the Wiki page to get the gist. The sequel trilogy would have worked a lot better if there had been no TLJ and TROS was split into two movies. There was so much going on there with TROS just to make up for the wreck that was TLJ that they could have done that instead. Though I would have changed it to a more personal contention between Rey and Kylo as to who was going to take on the Skywalker mantle. Kylo would not have turned good again as that is too much of a 'goodie' ending but would have been a true Sith until he died. (They also should have just stayed with Sith anyway...) And Rey should have had to fight more to become a Skywalker rather than having that tacked onto the last five minutes. The title 'Rise of Skywalker' should have required more for that to happen! And I agree, Gideon seems smarter than the regular Imperial Officers And yes, Favreau gets it, whereas JJJ do not!

    Does look real good. I like Ridley and Holland, and hopefully this will be a movie to break the Rey-mold.
