  1. @Bolt Great looking Regult! Love the art work.
  2. I don't want to see them in form-fitting jumpsuits!😱
  3. My one gripe... The women (mostly) are still in jump suits. Get them in regular frikin uniforms!
  4. Well that was a good one. I enjoyed it overall, though it did have its weak, campy moments. Really liked seeing all the Spidey's on one screen, though my fav live-action is still Maguire.
  5. It's also the toy, which can have slightly off in its proportions. But I'm liking it as a first version Batmobile. Again, as Azraell said, if they get more movies out of this then they can get more sophisticated and sleek, and even brutish, in their designs.
  6. So, a good session of drunk-modelling is in order.šŸ˜€
  7. @pengbuzz Challenge! Cardboard. Tape. 'Spares Box.' You. and This!
  8. Just think @MechTech you can melt down those shavings into a new hunk of metal! 😁 On as aside, that first attempt looked damn good. The next is bound to be even better!
  9. You fix what you can - and then fix what else you can! Great progress!
  10. Dude, Dragon Lance was my gateway drug to fantasy! Loved that series. A great intro to elves, dwarves, dragons and kender. Though, if I had my way, it would have stopped with the initial series. I feel it got played out. The last I read of that universe was a YA series, with like half a dozen authors competing with different story lines and main characters, Was not good to end with. If I was to reread it, it would just be the initial story. Another one I'll be rereading is the Belgariad, by David Eddings.
  11. I liked it. Yes, it felt a bit softer than the previous movies, but I appreciate that it was more about Neo and Trinity getting their 'happy ending' rather than save a humanity (again) level of seriousness. Done it and seen it. I also prefer happy ending rather than dour or bittersweet ones. And the ending itself felt like it was right back at the end of the first movie, leaving it open to 'possibility' without any need to actually explore it any further.
  12. Damned impressive! Can't wait to see it going.
  13. @pengbuzz Thanks for the blast from the past! I'll listen to the soundtrack while I'm surfing the 'net or writing.
  14. Finally finished this today. Really good. The camaraderie and campiness, the action and the fun. This didn't let me down. Glad to say every episode was riveting. I'm good for a season 2! As for Fisk, the guy did just get hit by a car, so that may have softened him up a bit.šŸ˜€ And yes, Kate should have been down after that hit that threw her across the room, but this is a superhero show. And even if not, most people on TV can take more damage and injury than most anyone in real life, so that doesn't detract for me. Also Kate didn't take him down, so much as the arrows did. Overall, it was a fun ride, and if there is a season 2 or a follow up series with another character, I expect to see Fisk again. A good rule is to never assume a character is dead until you see they are dead! Off-screen deaths don't count.šŸ˜‰
  15. On the plus side for me, I watched it when I was a kid, when anything space and aliens and shoot-em-ups were cool! Plus, I haven't seen that one in over twenty years, so all I have a nostalgic memories. šŸ˜‰
  16. Happy New Years!😁
  17. Sounds a little like Battle Beyond the Stars, but I'm in for it. Usually like what Snyder puts out. Except for zombies... don't like zombies...
  18. I'm trying to avoid getting too much of a handle before actually seeing it, but I love those images. Looks like Task Force Yamato!
  19. It does get better after the first episode. That was a little on the rough side. I don't think the changes are GoT-level bad, but it just enforces that though one may be familiar with the book version, expecting it to be the same could lead to confusion. Perhaps disappointment too, unfortunately. Again, it's been so long since I've read read the books that I wasn't thrown for a loop at some of the changes that were made. Taken on its own, I thought it was pretty good. And yes, about midway through the books is when I dropped out. Too much being tossed in, but I've heard from others too that it starts to get back to the main story again. So, who knows, I may try again. Maybe I should start buying the books again, just to be ready for when I do...šŸ¤”
  20. Wow @Dobber Looking better every time I see them!
  21. Keep the anime ladies away from those things!
  22. Me too!! Sounds like a keeper!
  23. @levzloi Again, I liked it, but do wish they had stuck to the base material more. Ah, thank you! It had been so long, I had forgotten that detail. And I like your idea better about Stepin. Much more compelling, with a touch more action and explosive drama. And they could have had the other Warders expecting it. Oh well.
