I listen to most music, really. From rock to classic to J-Pop/J-Rock. I give most any music a fair chance. n_n Here's what I **DON'T** listen to, mainly: Rap (unless it's Will Smith) Hip-Hop X_x

The Sword of Atlantis looks great, A1. I was wondering though if you could give a shakedown for us mere mortals; y'know, how it feels in your hands when swung or brandished like in the movie. Does it feel solidly built? No loose pieces? I know you already said it's not battle-functional but could it take any abuse at all? Any weight in the sword at all? My bastard sword is a bit hefty at three pounds (I know I can hear you laughing so I'll ignore it for now) but after swinging it for a few minutes I don't notice the weight at all unless the movements aren't fluid.

FYI, folks, Cybertron toys have been spotted at the Simi Valley Walmart. Scourge (at least 4) Uber-Starscream (lots X_x) Vector Prime (top shelf by the model car kits) Scattershot/Backpack Mini-Con team (I think) I forget the rest. Sorry about that. Anyway, happy hunting. Also, no Alts there. T_T

YEAH! Take me for example. I've got a nice collection of lesbian orgy Sailor Moon pics. I don't know why anyone would be that interested in Hentai stuff, but it's not for me to judge anyone. I for myself like big-boobed anime chicks......annnnd real women too. (whew.. that was a close one) SUUUURE you like real women... we believe you. Cleanup on Cat No 1... Another Pilot-grade Ego burst. I'm torn between seeing the Smiths in the theatre on wait til it hits DVD. Most likely I'll just wait. It just doesn't have that much a draw on me. Batman Begins on the other hand I'll most likely see in theatres. For better or worse, I've seen all the Bat-flicks in theatres. Can't break tradition, can we? (don't answer that) As for Stealth, I'll just pop in my Macross Plus OAV's. XD

Prowl looks better even in the proto stage, but the legs still bug me. I know, I know. You all thought that the previous pics of Prowl made his legs look odd, but look at those proto pics. Since when does Has/Tak make it a habit to make screws seen in the *front* of the bot? Look at the legs in those proto shots. Rarely does Has/Tak design their bots with the screw so easily seen. We know they don't poly cap them. Just seeing those screws in bot mode in the hips and upper legs just pop out at you, which sends up a red flag in my book. What do y'all think?

No clue really, but I'm sure the various customizers here will know, such as Cheng-sama and Kurt-sama. As a Xenogears fan, I'd love for there to be a Weltall model/toy as long as it retains its Id mode/tranformation. XD Unfortunately it'd prolly only come about as a scratch-build or a kitbash of any model previously made, if any.

I'm guessing it was the only armor he had to work with at the time. Such fine details are the kind only us Macrossboys (and Macrossgirls) really notice. Purist TFans usually don't notice upon first glance unless they're also Macross fans.

Friggin' awesome!! Just one suggestion: Use the heatshield and place the Autobot symbol there. That way it kinda follows the Alt line's thinking of hiding as many faction symbols as possible in alt/vehicle mode. XD

That reminds me, who exactly was the lone survivor of Gold Squadron in ANH? I never was able to figure it out. BTW, 100th post! w00t!

If I remember correctly, I think House of Flying Daggers is also gonna be in UMD format. Anyone have a current list of UMD movies, released and upcoming?

Picard, most definitely. Can't go wrong with a captain who can be a diplomat one moment, then can unload a tommy gun on a Borg drone the next. >XD In short, he's the thinking man's badass.

Luke does take a hit in his upper port engine (engine #1 for simplicity's sake). Artoo works on it as well as improving the overall power during Luke's trench run before getting hit by Vader. Red Leader is shown getting hit on engine #3 (upper starboard). For a dramatic loss of control like that, he had to have lost engine #4 as well as other controls (control surfaces/vernier thrusters perhaps? ). Tie that in to the Death Star's grav well, it's no wonder Red Leader splatted like a pile of warm poodoo. Sorry, couldn't resist saying it. XD

Here's another ANH moment that's been bugging me for all these years: During the trench run, before Red Leader bought the moisture farm he tells Luke, Wedge and Biggs to begin their run as well as informing them one of his engines is hit (although he seems to be flying just fine at the time). Moments later we actually see the engine get hit and Red Leader takes his final closeup of the Death Star surface, becoming the X-Wing equivalent of impacted Bantha poodoo. It makes me feel as if the sequence of events went 'B-A-C' instead of 'A-B-C'. What bugs me is: Was that one engine hit twice? Were two engines hit, with only one being shown to us getting hit? Am I imagining all this nonsense?

The car you might be thinking of is the Scion xA. I've seen these Scions around and they look like Autobot Mini-Cars. xA for Cliffjumper/Bumblebee and the xB for Gears or Huffer. Well, maybe more Gears than Huffer.

Considering I have PS2 and GCN, I don't mind. Load times don't bug me as much as they did back when PS1 was king. What I'm **really** hoping for is that they keep the option of sticking to the original Japanese voice actors. Mitsurugi and Taki not speaking in Japanese is just wrong, man. And there's no emotion in the English voices. X_x''' For the love of Primus, I hope they stick to Japanese voices for SC3.

I don't think the 'star consumption' aspect of the Dark Phoenix will be introduced. The X-Men movies seem to working quite well without there being visitors from other planets/galaxies. My guess is that the movie version of Dark Phoenix will be a dramatic mutation (pun semi-intended) on Jean's powers; a change great enough that it'll affect Jean's personality giving us the Dark Phoenix we all wouldn't want unleashed upon our beloved dirtball. It's enough that the mutant variable is in the X movies, but to include ET-type variables? That's what'll turn off the non-fans so I wouldn't expect ET's, humanoid or otherwise, in the next X-Film.

Alt Prowl: the TF version of Dennis Franz from NYPD Blue. LOL j/k j/k Seriously, Alt Prowl looks a lil chunky-munky there, but since I like Prowl (and about cried when Prowl died in TF:TM) I'll be picking up this one once it hits the store shelves. I agree though on the general consensus that Alt Prowl just doesn't seem to be TF'ed right. How hard is it to follow *picture* TF instruction sheets? Based on what I'm seeing/reading here and on other boards, 50% don't like it while the other 50% wanted something like a repainted Silverstreak. However, if someone was willing to make an actual Silverstreak mod into Prowl (w/ or w/o the BT Prowl head), I'd trade for my RiD loose Rail Racer, loose Ruination, or loose Landfill. Three set complete, all parts. No joke. ^____^ I've seen an actual Mustang GT in BT WJ's colors on the road. Damn sweet, if you ask me. That's another Alt to get.

Shouldn't the Hikaru -1D also include a detachable/blown off left forearm? LOL Just kidding... kinda. This -1D project will be super sweet to watch develop, like the other projects shown on the forums.

I don't think Macross would be a viable live-action movie. The live action movie of The Guyver comes to mind. I remember seeing it a number of years ago so I can't recall it well, but I do remember I was thinking "GAH". When it comes to a Macross movie I think it should be cel, cel and CG, or full CG.

The SP was $99.99 when I got mine on the first week of its release. Only over $100 ($107.25 to be exact) due to the sales tax. Reminds me of when I paid for my $200 bastard sword. $214.50 after tax. X_x I'll most likely get the DS but I'll be waiting for a drop in price, which seems most likely to be XMas '05 or '06. As of now, no matter the price, I'm not really sold on the PSP. The DS already has two Konami games I'm interested in, Castlevania and Yu-Gi-Oh. Also, I'm rather intrigued with this Shonen Jump "Smash Bros-esque" game also for the DS. PSP? "PSshaw! Please!" I'll be getting Alt Wheeljack, namechange or not. Ditto with E. Wheeljack/Downshift. The name's no biggie for me because I like the headsculpt. I actually like the current colors for Alt. WJ cuz that's the actual car's colors. I have the 2005 Galpin calendar and the real-life Alt WJ is on the front cover. Once I have Alt WJ, I'll post a pic of him and Grimmy strikin' a pose. X3 I also got E-Hotshot and E-Inferno today. I know it seems rather late in the game to get them but since Walmart had them together as a bundle for $9.87 I went for it. Next I want E-WJ/DS and maybe E-Roadblock (Inferno Remold). Roadblock release yet? *shrugs* May or may not get the Superion set. Might just wait for a possible 5-figure set next holiday season. *sweatdrop*

I wouldn't worry too much. There's already an OFFICIAL sub of YGO Duelist Kingdom season unedited so it's a matter of time til there's official subs of the other arcs. Keep in mind you'd have to wait til the edited version is out for those outside Japan. The "Uncut" YGO DVD's seem to be selling well, so I think we'll be all set.
