  1. That's a good looking Gundam. Can you post a group shot? Such fantastic work on all of these. What's next on the plate, other than a nice long break? The CB suits?
  2. you need this and the Argama Deck from MegaHouse: https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/125016
  3. Looks like they sold out of the re-issue, This link worked 4 or 5 days ago when I first saw it: https://www.hlj.com/1-60-scale-kanzen-henkei-vf-1j-armored-valkyrie-hikaru-ichijyo-type-reissue-aca82153
  4. Michael Bay presents "Zack Snyder's Robotech" in 4:3 ratio black&white, starring Shia Lebeuf as Rick Hunger, Will Smith as "Maxium" Sterling, Emma Stone as "Minmei" (asian, of course), Zendaya as "Misa" Hayes, and Gina Carano as "Miryia". With Dave Bautisa as "Ben" Dixon.
  5. Love the FFS kits. I used to read your stuff on the Gundam Eclipse forum. Is that forum still active? it was the only one I could find for FSS related topics.
  6. @Angesdad @Special Sauce I got my 1S Roy from Nin-Nin games without an issue during a pre-order. I think I was one of the lucky ones who got it at 10% off retail. I don't believe there have been issues reported with Nin-Nin Games in a while. Good luck, hope you guys get your stuff!
  7. Based on the photos, the white parts seem to have some depth to them so I would say the majority of them are color separated parts. See the details on leg in the promo shot below, as well as the white on the shield.
  8. Good Smile Company is doing a Dangaioh: https://www.hlj.com/moderoid-dangaioh-hyper-combat-unit-dangaioh-gsc13993
  9. Following on the heels of the IMS 1/100 Knight of Gold: IMS 1/100 Knight of Gold A-T (more info in May 2021) IMS 1/144 V Siren Prominence SAV 1/100 Blood Temple SAV 1/100 A-Tol BS (Event Limited)
  10. What a storied career. Always proud he was a fellow Canadian. RIP.
  11. Mazinger Z fans have something big to look forward to: https://hcj.jp/Z/home.html Magazine subscription. Not sure how many issues in total. Subscription has some really nice add-ins.
  12. I'm sure someone here would buy those decals off you..hint...hint...
  13. @anubis20 nice finish on the Blitz. Did you paint the kit? or just topcoat it? Are the decals 3rd party or the set from the Providence special edition?
  14. @sh9000 Good Smile Company. I had one on Pre-Order and had to forego it. There is also an ED-209 model kit coming in the same scale https://www.hlj.com/hagane-works-robocop-robocop-gsc12214 https://www.hlj.com/moderoid-ed-209-robocop-gsc13109
  15. You are going to feel this way every time another shop opens up their pre-orders. I have personally not be screwed by any of these shops yet, including the shop that will not be named... I have bought from BiJ in the past without issues so you should be OK. Unfortunately, this item will be popular, based on the feedback from this forum alone. Even though it is web exclusive, Bandai does have limited manufacturing capacity so there is still a chance that the item will not be available. BiJ, AE and others that are jumping the gun are expecting to be able to get orders in, but there is no guarantee that they will. Hopefully, if demand is really high enough to sell out Bandai's manufacturing allotment, they will do a second run. This is what they did with the DYRL super parts.
  16. Got my shipping notice from Hobby-Genki for the TV parts, first run. Took a risk ordering from them since they were relatively new when they listed them but they have delivered. Nice that they joined the forum as well. @Hobby Genki thanks for supporting this community.
  17. Some of the "ornaments" I've made for my kids over the years:
  18. Technically, the Gundam Figures are all non-scale. Bandai is aiming for consistent size versus accuracy. The Metal Build series is around 1/100 while the Metal Damashii series is closer to 1/144. The Robot Damashii series is closer to 1/150. I think only the Metal Structure series is officially at 1/60 scale. At least, this is what they look like to me.
  19. ugh...exchange rates sucks right now. HLJ is asking the same for the Ironman MK-VII that I paid for the Ironman MK-VII with the hall of armour. Finally completed that thing, unfortunately, it will most likely be displayed on top of my display cabinet, due to the size. Back to the Avengers set. it is interesting, but at over $400 CDN before shipping, it will be a hard pass.
  20. The Knight of Gold is available for preorder. Delivery in January 2021: https://volksusastore.com/webstores/hobby/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=12293
  21. Same here. I want to support Hasbro, but have never bought into the line. I did pick up one of the GI Joe Classified Snake Eyes figures and the QC was terrible. It was the stiffest, loosest figure I have every owned. The waist was completely floppy and the knees required herculean efforts to bend. Excited by the Mafex figures and the Sentinel one looks interesting.
  22. When I first saw this scene, I thought: That would make a great diorama. Just waiting for Bandai's 1/144 Razor Crest. I don't mind the walk ons, as long as they fit within the narrative. While some of guests are instantly recognizable, they also have some big names put on a ton of makeup or play CGI characters (Nick Nolte, Taika Waititi, John Leguizamo, Clancy Brown, Richard Ayoade). I think a lot of actors in Hollywood just want to be a small part of the Star Wars universe and the producers try to fit them in. The producers of the show hold a deep reverence for the source material, which makes a huge difference.
  23. Interesting... I wonder how this will compare with the MAFEX one (which was delayed until Feb 2021). The Mafex one has soft goods jacket in pants but this sculpt looks a bit better. I like that MAFEX is looking to have the whole spider squad from into the spider-verse in their line-up. Any speculation on this line?
