Nice, so is it all plastic or any die-cast parts? Any pricing speculations as well?

Can't wait til the 1/48 version of the loli valks get made... Low Viz!

Man, if the Beta did come in at $80 like at BBTS and TMP then I would've thought about getting it. But if it goes over that price then I'm gonna have to wait a long while to get it when it finally comes out...just like the SV-51 that I want but too high for my blood for now.

How did the Toynami Beta go from a toy that was earlier priced at around $200 by the Toynami and Robotech officials during the convention rounds drop to $80? Especially when Aoshima looks like to have dropped from co-producing it.

You have a really organized display there thegunny. How did you get those fridge holders for your figures?
-
The new character pics look great. Only Ozymidas' and slightly Night Owl costume looks to have had the most tweaks since their costumes been armored up.

Really nice stuff, do you plan on making and sketches from the original SDFM show? Would like to see your interpretation of the VF as well as the characters.

Great report and photos, thanks.

The weathered 1/48 looks like it could be really nice. Wonder if a weathered FAST pack will also be around the corner.

Wish Collection DX stated how much the Beagle will sell for. Anyone know?
p.s. Their notes on the Voltron light-up MPC looks pretty cool. Wish they did the base with all 5 keys and I would've picked it up just for that.

Man, if I knew how rare and high-priced pimp-IG destro was going to be then I would've picked up the exclusive at Comic Con last year. Is Torpedo part of Wave 5? I heard that Hasbro was going to do a Cobra Eel as a 2-pack with Torpedo in the future, has it been noted at Toy Fair?

I was at F&S this Saturday but Treasure Island was closed for some reason, I saw they were selling the Nora & Ivanov SV-51 can any of you regulars tell me how much they are selling for?
Does anyone else sell the SV-51 at F&S and how much? Thanks!

The new Classics 2.0 figures look great. I wish I collected the first series toys when they came out instead of the Titanium line (wanted the War Within Figures). Can't believe that the initial line prices have shot up, I saw the Ultra Magnus vs. Skywarp 2-pack at Frank & Sons selling for $75.00.

I was hoping to like the show, but in the end it was pretty stale and boring. There was a commercial every 8-10 minutes, and the commercials were non-stop Ford & KITT as well. The tech in the show was interesting, but KITT wasn't really interesting and was pretty dull compared to the original and the new hero was completely unlikeable to me. Mike Tracer was missing any humor or even the cheesiness of Michael Knight. I was amped up to listen to a possibly updated theme song of the show, but they just used a couple bars then went all weak-metal rock for the intro.
I'm going to guess that this show doesn't even run as long as the re-imagined Bionic Woman series. At least that one had a good pilot and interesting couple episodes until it latched into run-of-the-mill "Alias"-type episodes.

Nice Unicorn, how long did it take to build?
-
Wicked looking stuff. Are those decals or painted on?
-
RnR & Torpedo look nice. They were one of the first Joes I had when I was a kid along with Flash.

Prowl is still pure toy porn...
And what do I have to do to get Pirranacon? Is he a club exclusive?
I think I read on the TF boards he his a TF Club exclusive. And if I remember correctly it's going to be $100-$199 I think.

I don't like it why eBay took the no negative feedback for sellers though. I've never been screwed over by a seller, but I have been stiffed multiple times by nonpaying buyers and hat's when I leave them a bad mark. How can you boot a bad buyer with who used to have bad feedback ratings from your auction when you suspect them of possibly just trying to raise or block the bid of real buyers?

I think that green ship is the GI Joe Dragonhawk from the mini-sized Sigma 6 line. Saw those stands before but didn't think it could hold a full 1/48, can't wait to see someone try a 1/60 valk on it.

Watched Rambo and was surprised to say it was pretty good (a lot better than Alien vs. Predator 2-Fell asleep on that one). Tense action, wished they put some more back story on the mercenaries though. I think this was actually better than Rocky Balboa. Can't believe Meet the Spartans beat this movie in gross over the weekend.

Nice Nausicaa figure, I think it's Hayao Miyazaki's best film with My Neighbor Totoro coming in second in my opinion.
Toynami:
in Anime or Science Fiction

So it's true that the Toynami Beta will cost a bit. For all the hoo-ha on the price, I think it will sell o.k. though since everyone has been waiting for a Beta for so long. I remember seeing the Tread-Beta protos selling on eBay for over $1k.
TMP lists the CMS combo at $300, is that a confirmed price as well? Seems pretty high to me, breaking it down to $150 for Alpha + Beta combo.
