That's a pretty good scheme. Would look nice next to the Low Viz woodland camo I think.

Just saw it, pretty good movie. The non-Iron Man scenes were pretty standard to me, but the IM action sequences were fun and exciting. Seeing IM in action against the terrorist as they're attacking families was my favorite scene. In comparison to the other previous Marvel movies, I say it's up there with Spider-Man, X2, and Hulk (I'm one of the few who liked Lee's version).
I liked the comedy used that it didn't try and go overboard. My one nitpick of the movie is how Stane was able to pilot and knock IM around so easily after strapping on the Iron Monger suit for the first time without any training. Still, it's a comic book movie and it was fun. Now going to look forward to both the new Batman, Hulk, and Indy movies.

Ack, after the good reviews here on MW I may have to go see this in theaters.

Found the new wave in So. OC. The Mission Viejo Target had the new Snake Eyes with the butterfly knives, but that's it. The rest were the regular Scarlett/Hawk 2-packs.
The new Hulk movie toys were out on the shelves today as well. They looked *blah* as well.

Dude, Mokman....don't you ever stop!!!!!! I never knew those re-pro DYRL cels were limited to only 100 sets, that's good to know.
It's pretty wild that YJ has a lot of Macross sketches popping up these days, if only I had disposable income again.

Yeah, vehicles are too big to display if you collect stuff. I took out my POTJ B-Wing yesterday, and after an hour it went back into my storage room. Just no space for something that large.
I'm quite glad I got it cheap, since secondary prices for it are *steep*.
Size and storage were the main reasons I sold off all my GI Joes and Star Wars from my childhood off a few years ago. Just too big for the vehicles to be placed anywhere. That's why I was glad the 3" Titanium line came out, then I could have a nice and heavy set of SW ships that doesn't take up a lot of space.

Now that's a good deal for all those Robotech and Mospeada items.

I was actually looking into Cally hitting the airlock button herself with the baby in tow and that the teasers last week showing Torie doing it was just a ruse.

Here's a link to Hiss Tank with the shots.
So are they gonna give Wayans' Stalker's beret or what (n/m, just found out he's Ripcord and not Stalker)? I agree that it would have been nice for them to add color to the costumes. Not Transformers the Movie colors with flames and such but some military gray, green, browns. They're starting to look like a ninja military team than a government military team.
I do hope that SS pop's a mack from under his Matrix coat.

Maybe her suit is a "stealth suit" for a scene in the movie. It probably may change depending on the operation, more costumes in the film = more toy variations.

Saw at TI today that the Nora & Ivanov SV-51s are $210, was there a booth selling them for $200 since the only version I saw elsewhere was the Cannon fodder at Yoshis. Saw the Anniv. valks going for $165.00.

Eck, those Wave 9s don't seem interesting to me except the BATs. Bazooka looks ok and that's just because I had the original as a kid. SS in black/gold looks kinda funky, would've preferred it in various shades of black like the different SEs.

Really liked last night's episode. Missed a short section when Baltar was sent to that new ship with the women, what was up with them? Were they a religious cult or something?
-
What was the price for the two various SV-51s at TI? Last time I went last month it was closed so I couldn't see the prices.

Not bad, good job. Better looking than the one I built which was a bit floppy in the joints. I might go back ot it and take it apart and repaint and tighten up the joints as well.

Small Wonder. Girl robot now updated into a sassy undercover FBI agent while trying to understand what it is to be human....teamed up with the half-alien/human girl from Out of This World series as well.

So amazing. wow. I think I just teared up.

Now that Torpedo's out, anyone think a Cobra Eel can be made from an existing figure. The Eel guys were the best looking figures from the 8s line I had and would like an Eel vs. Torpedo 2-pack.

If the sketch is truly stuck to the cel, then just leave it. Prying it apart will just make the cel look weird with the loose paper and the sketch will pretty much be destroyed and worthless. I learned my lesson trying to take a sketch apart when I got into cels and obliterated a nice sketch prying it off.
If you do want to try anyways, here a link that I started on Rubberslug about peeling cels apart.

The TRU in Mission Viejor had both the new Nightwatch and SS vs. Ninja packs.

would $60 + shipping be a good price for the robotech masterpiece scott alpha? =P i would like to get a alpha and beta of this set.
Sounds like a good price to me, that's what I paid for I think when I got a green Alpha from a member from MW.

SE looks good for those PR photos. I know when I was a kid I liked that costume better then his original and as a popular one at that it looks pretty close to the cartoon. I was expecting him to be more a military uniform than this look and so far the producers look like they are at least trying the looks closer to the Sunbow cartoons than Transformers. Hope they leak out Cobra designs soon.
