Generations Arcee and X-Transbots' MP Wheelie arrived. Really happy with both.

freakin movie killed off prime and the good toys. imagine if they killed off pikachu and all the first gen pokemon in the pokemon movie. i thought that was dumb by hasbro.

They learned that lesson well. By underestimating how endearing to kids the Marvel and Sunbow writers had made the characters, Hasbro clearly thought of them as interchangeable and/or expendable. Now they release multiple molds for the same characters rather than kill them off in favor of new ones. Even Prime Cliffjumper (who died in the first episode) got three molds in that line. Bets are seriously covered now.

Daniel's arm cannot be pointed downward, and it keep popping off during transformation, but he got die-cast on his chest.

And I see now that Daniel got Carly's hips.

He looks like he got MP-10 Spike's hips with a skinnier upper body (for whatever reason).

I'll take HLJ's word for it. They were spot on with BB & Wheeljack's release dates. Plus, I like their date better.

I wonder if I can wrap a cloth around it and lightly hammer it tight with a rubber mallet.

Haven't received mine yet. I'm sure if it has that flaw, I'll learn to live with it. I mean, if the choices are that or the mallet.

They should make a megatron out of the nintendo light gun or something haha

The "Explore, explore!" bot should have been fired. He's part of an Autobot ship, but repairs the Decepticons first.

The comics have addressed that in a way. The idea is that each bot is born (or forged) as they are with whatever their alt mode is, be it truck, speedster, jet, microscope, etc. They can change their alt modes, but only to one within the same category. This explanation is from a couple years back (and I haven't read any recent books), so it may be different now.

Baron Von Joy sighting!

Was able to purchase a Beagle Stick Ride Armor last week. And I know from reviews that Stick doesn't have the cloth material used like Ley's. Can anyone tell me or show me a link or/on how to change the cloth on the Beagle toys? If so, what's the best durable cloth to use? Was thinking somehow of those leather type cloths used on a 1/6 scale figures. But not too sure what's the proper name for it. Thanks in advance.

I'd be interested to know as well. Just FYI, though, Ley also has the faux leather material in his outfit.

A: Supporting this effort doesn’t mean you can’t support anything else in the franchise. If you have no interest in returning to G1, that’s fine. But having this succeed doesn’t mean any other future effort to bring back another series won’t be possible. If we can show there is a comic-buying market for a series and there are artists interested and enthusiastic about the project, we think IDW will listen.

The idea actually started with an IDW TF artist and a writer/colorist having a hypothetical conversation about what they'd like to see and what they could do with it. Like everybody on IDW's TF series, these guys are fans. They'd rather not make something that people hate.

It's a push to get IDW to fill in G1 stories, like the events between Season 2 and TFTM. Or the events after "The Rebirth" in Season 4. Lots of potential for good storytelling there.

If this is true then there are two options:

1. MP-25 is a tank then I have to buy the X-Transbot one.... and MP-25

2. If he is a gun I I will buy the Takara version.

Well, now I'm going to have to get a definitive list of Gobots, JUST IN CASE there are some that are really cool and I've either forgotten about or never knew they existed.

My favorites were Pathfinder (UFO), Bad Boy (A-10 Warthog), Royal-T (Harrier), Road Ranger (Flat bed truck) and Psycho (Future machine car). Still missing two of those.

LOL! Already got that bug. I landed a lot that included most of the ones mentioned in the last bunch of posts. Got puzzler in another moment of weakness. Kinda loosey-goosey, but he was a good combiner...upper thigh swivel to boot.
