That would be a red flag for me. But maybe I'm just paranoid.

While the little metal vehicles are nice for display, I'd rather they put out the larger transforming Titaniums. Edit: Sorry... missed your question. Nope...I have no info on those.

My English is fine and I didn't understand their reply either. You asked 2 questions and the answers they gave you had nothing to do with what you asked.

An enormous cowboy with a revolver? That there's a unique mecha.

Can't say I agree. The $150 price tag deterred me from buying it. At $200, I would not buy it even harder.

I just did that one today. What a pain! Wait til you get to 4-6!! That challenge is out of control. I did the right sequence 3 times but missed him with the last hit. I finally got it, but it definitely took some doing.

Special Armored Batallion Dorvack?
RD Blade replied to VenomMacbeth's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
I used to watch the show in Puerto Rico back in '87. From what I remember, it was decent enough for me to watch religiously. But then, so was anything with transforming bots. The show seems to have never made it to the US. It was aired in several Spanish television markets, but that's all I know. You can catch a couple episodes on Youtube, but as for finding it on DVD...good luck. In fact, if you find a true DVD release of it, I'd be interested in buying it as well. Only have the MH Yellow / Lancer. With two big-azz missile compartments, the headlights aren't even missed.

My mistake. After digging around a bit, I learned that there is apparently no anime version of Gunhed. I assumed there was because the concept lends itself well to anime. I saw the (horrendous) live action movie once and remember thinking to myself "I bet the anime version of this doesn't suck." Edit: Sorry for the double post.

Not much in the way of bikes, but Sol Bianca left a good impression on me.

Yes! I knew it by the name Metal Skin Panic.

You're that guy!

Gunhed? Come to think of it, Gunhed has a quasi-transformation.

Check out Appleseed and the sequel Ex Machina. Spiral Zone seems to fit your criteria as well.

No idea. I have the 360 version. But from what I've read here, there seems to be no difference between the two.

Looks like Capcom has a patch planned that will enrich the SF4 online experience. Thank goodness. I am pretty disappointed with how bare bones their current setup is. http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=209622

Hi-Def and Home Theater Thread 2
RD Blade replied to mikeszekely's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Cool! Glad you're happy with your purchase. $4000?!? Flat panel TV's have come a long way. As I understand it, plasmas have truer blacks and overall better picture quality than LCDs. Also, plasma TVs are actually much cheaper than their LCD counterparts. If I had to guess the reason, I'd say plasmas are less dependable. A friend of mine went through two plasmas (LG and Magnavox) in as many years before finally buying an Aquos LCD.- 377 replies

Really? Thx, that's good to know. Somebody should've corrected gamefaqs by now. 5 first attacks! Didn't notice that til now.

Finally found the Fang & Claw set. Also got the Snake Eyes & Hard Master comic 2 pack (great comic!) and a Ninja Viper.

I got both Akuma and Gouken the first time trying. The method on gamefaqs.com worked. Setting it to easiest and one round works well. Just make sure you're using your best (or cheapest) character. You'll have an easier time getting the perfects early on. Also, to be safe, end as many matches as you can with an Ultra. Use this method to unlock both of them....except Akuma must be used to unlock Gouken.

Yes. I never saw the need to pick one up since I have deluxe Earth Prime. They seem to be the same design with a few cosmetic differences. Sounds like symptoms of a thoroughly-played-with TF.

I know what ya mean. But when I'm playing ranked matches, I have to go with the guys I'm best with: Ken, Ryu, and Guile Player matches, on the other hand, are more fun because I can use characters I'm not so great at without fear of losing skill points.

If you master Ryu, all the other Hadouken flingers only take a bit of adjusting to master. Akuma is downright cheap (I'm talking Seth cheap) in the hands of an expert.
