The Tread from RIOBOT is going to be about twice the size of CM's. Just look at the cockpits of both. Unless RIOBOT does something extraordinary for their Tread cockpit, the Legioss pilot is going to be twice as big as Tread's.

The one at Point K. That's the best way to convince myself to only buy one Tread.

Also, as the main story goes, there was only one blue Tread.

And if you compare this scale of pilot vs the soldier mode with that of the toy, the pilot is way too big in the toy.

The center one is for attaching gun, using the magazine attachment point. The two on the arms are probably for Tread, may be two attachment "arms" swing out from under Tread's "chest" missile pods.

I think it is transformable. Looking at anymoon blog pictures, there are tabs on the forearms and shoulder missiles pods. Also, the middle missile pod has a peg to peg the gun on it, but need to remove the magazine clip first. And...., the gun has a T shaped holes on each side, look like the magazine clip can be attached on it when you set the gun on the middle missile pod. Hopefully this also opens up a possibility that there are hard points on the wing to attach the gun.
