Sorry to reply too late but just to share my experience:

I recently made a purchase from Nippon-Yasan - Sayonara no Tsubasa limited edition bluray. I have mix feelings about my purchase from them. I received my item damaged where some kind of force was pressed on the box and thus caused a tear on the spine. It also may be due to the shuffling on my package in a oversized shipping box. I also believe that some one actually opened the package because the bluray slip was placed on the wrong side. If I absolutely had no other choice I might consider doing business with them again. At the moment I rather pay a little extra elsewhere.

Tokyo Hunter takes longer to respond but so far they've been more trustworthy for me. As a matter of fact I just ordered the same item from Tokyo Hunter. If I receive it brand new, unopened and undamaged, then Tokyo Hunter wins the battle.

Thanks for sharing your exprience with us, Isamu. I will report the exprience with Nippon-Yasan of the Super Parts here when I have received them, but it looks there will be a long time waiting before we get the Super Parts.

No problems at all with Nippon-Yasan so far.
