Commander McBride Posted August 28, 2003 Share Posted August 28, 2003 (edited) Hey, last nigh, I was screwing aroun, and I discovered that with a bit of cutting, the pilot from my MechWarrion figure fits perfectly in the 1/60 yammie. He'll just need a little paint. The sculpt is qoute good, too, he looks relatively natural in the 'pit. I'll post some pics later. So, has anyone else tried to make a pilot for the older 1/60s? Somebody really should recast the Hasegawa pilot as it's too expensive to buy the Hasegawa Weapons Set just for two pilots, not to mention that the Weapons Set is getting difficult to find now. Of course I added decals, some weathering and a lot more paint. also made a 1S custom Head for it. Un Spacy. Why you ask about panel lines? It does have them allready, and they even looks overdone (for my taste). I had to cut the seat of the Yammie to add the pilot, otherwise it wont fit at all. You can also cut the Piloto.
