G.I. Joe Classified Series 6” figures, Retro 3.75” line, and Ultimates 7” figures

I had a POC, 25th, 30th, 50th, and retaliation collection; and i was doing great until I supplemented a Mattel Batman Begins Tumbler against a Cobra Fury.

The Tumbler was so much more beefier and capable. The Fury was like a pancake. To think i was planning on 2 Tumblers and a RHINO to go against the Fury and 3 HISS TANKS from POC. No way!

The vehicle contrast also made me reevaluate the 3.75in figures. Yes theyre all accessorized, but I could lose parts or break these things at any time. And without Kaiser stands, they'll never pose on their own dynamically.

Cheers to 3.75" Joe, but make mines 6".

The problem with a 6” line, especially with Hasbro, is that they’ll never make any vehicles for them.

That and their size and price makes it less feasible to display an army or troop build.

I think they will make some vehicles, but the selection will be limited.  The black series has seen the snow speeder, tie fighter and x-wing just to name a few.  They could easily do motor cycles, recon sled, Amarillo, asp, snow sled.  Larger vehicles could feature the Hiss tank, Wolverine, water mocassin, rattler.  They should do playsets and weapons packs as they would be popular and really cheap to do. 6'inch killer whale and sky striker would be a dream!!

Been going through my storage now that I have the time and have uncovered some stuff I haven't handled in decades....found some G1 Transformers recently and now I found my stash of first issue GI Joes from the early 80's.....anyone here collect these?  Several had the busted O-ring issue, but replacing the O-ring was a fairly simple process, now they feel and hold their poses as good as new!  I collect only Macross these days so I probably will let these go in the For Sale thread soon.  Anyway, here is what I was able to find so far....

So, Gung Ho’s card art shows him wearing a shirt, but figure has no shirt? :unknw:

And they should just change it to “Oldest Profession Director” Destro! :db:
